I recently had an evaporative cooler install arranged by HVAC Logistics. The service and communication provided by Mark and his installers were excellent. The time from the estimate to install was 2 weeks, and their price for total parts+labor was a few hundred less than what a big box store’s hvac contractor quoted for labor only. Mark’s communication during the install was excellent. He called to let me know he was available for any concerns during the install and once again to ask how everything went when it was all over. It has rarely felt pleasant getting work done on the house big or small, but if every contractor were like Mark and his team at HVAC Logistics, I would be hiring out a lot more work to be done.

This was one of the best decisions we made when we bought our house. We purchased mini-splits to replace the swamp cooler but for the first two months we had an issue with the system: it kept kicking off and I had to reset the circuit breaker. Yet every time I called, Mark had his engineer come over to try and fix the problem--every single time. He even brought in an outside electrician to upgrade the electrical panel (not the problem it turned out). They never once complained or resented my calling. It took a number of attempts to trouble shoot the problem because it was inconsistent, but their perseverance solved the sneaky leak. Other firms would have walked away or charged us for every visit: not Mark. This is the best customer service you can possibly get. Mark wasnt satisfied until the issue was resolved. We are happy with the choice of the mini-splits, but we are especially happy with our choice of Mark and his company. You cannot do better. There is a good reason he has a five-star rating: he earns it.

My furnace blower has been acting up for a few months, and then finally died completely. I had called around, and was very unhappy with the service I received from multiple other companies. Everything from not having my call returned to not showing up when promised. I was talking about it at work, and this company was recommended to me by a coworker. I called, and got a response and an appointment almost right away. The repairman who came to originally diagnose the issue was very quick to diagnose the blower motor as the issue. My furnace is 40 years old, and, despite a large amount of effort on the part of the company, a replacement part couldnt be found. Instead of just telling me cant find it, I got an explanation as to why. Mark got all the information about my house and existing set-up, and gave me options on a replacement unit. I went with his recommendation, and it was installed four days later.Everyone in this company was fabulous, from start to finish. The person answering the phone, Mark (obsensibly the owner), the installers and the original technician were all present, attentive, and listened to my needs. His installers were super friendly, quick, and made sure the job was done absolutely right. They exuded confidence and competency. So far my new furnace is quiet and strong, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will definitely use this company every time going forward for all my HVAC needs, and would recommend them to absolutely anybody.If anything changes, Ill update this review.

Mark Mefford (owner) and the entire HVAC Logistics team are as professional as it gets. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the very beginning of the consultation they impressed me with their holistic assessment of my HVAC system. Our old AC system was failing and we were interested in getting a new system. However, through the assessment it became clear that the house was going to need much more than just a new condenser and furnace. We would also need to upgrade from a 4-ton to a 5-ton system as well which meant modernizing and increasing flow throughout the house. Mark gave me a very competitive quote, in fact he was priced lower than all other companies and this included doing the duct work. When the going got tough and the team had to spend extra hours on the house they did so and stuck to their price. After the job was done they took the extra time to come out several times and do extra work to balance the flow throughout the house. The team was always responsive to my concerns, and questions and was exceedingly professional throughout all interactions. As a family we are super happy with our new system and the service we received.

Mark’s was the one and only estimate I needed to get for a mini split heating and cooling system. He responded and came out right away and after meeting him and seeing his ‘a la carte’ estimate I was sold!He kept me informed every step of the way either by phone or stopping by to see how ‘the guys’ were doing and his team was awesome!!!Everyone was friendly, polite and professional.
