Well I was coming from Portland Maine to Hartford to help my parents do a few things in their condo, One item was to swap out a undermount sink on their granite countertops. The original company I hired to do the work respectfully bowed out due their work load. When I emailed Pistritto I was put in touch with Sabrina. Although our job was very small, Sabrina seemingly put us to the front of the line because of the difficult situation I was in. 2 days layer, Brandon came to the condo, even though there were a few small issues to overcome, the installation was perfect. I went to Pistrittos several years ago for my granite countertops, and have been back twice since to have things recut and get replacements as my kitchen changed. Their prices were the best of any of several places I went, as was their selection. Plus, Pistrittos was the only place where their stone is outside, so you can see it in natural light, which is much more revealing. Their customer service and workmanship is always great, and I like working with a family business.
