Pleasant to deal with always have a good variety of new and used Consignment items.

Was looking to furnish my new house as we just bought, but was disappointed with this store. Not because of the inventory but because every single person that came in after me was welcomed very warmly and I was ignored. I was not acknowledged at all. Maybe because I was dressed in jeans and sweat shirt? I will take my money elsewhere.

Very, very nice store, with a great selection of household items reasonably priced. The store manager, Jenny, is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for all the great deals.

Southern Comforts is a wonderful place to shop. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I get decorating ideas from every store. It is worth the drive to see large selections of furnishings and accessoriesI also agree that the prices are fair.

Amazing curated items, and an oh so friendly and helpful staff. Also, I have been in search of the perfect bar for my house, and I found it here. I have bought a few things from here before, and find the prices quite reasonable, and for a consignment shop, its hard to believe that many of these items have been previously owned. Great quality.

Nice selection of gently used furniture at good prices. They are easy to work with if you are looking to have then sell on consignment.

Disappointed that so much of the store is new furniture not consignment! We used to go to 3 of the stores in one day and see lots of interesting pieces reasonably priced. Now we see the same thing in every store and very few consignment pieces. No fun!

We took the drive from north Ga to check this place out per a recommendation from a friend, who purchased several items from them. Nice location, tastefully set up, quality items at very fair prices. Two star rating given due to the overwhelming uncomfortable feeling that we were not welcome to casually look around at our leisure. Sales associate was around every corner constantly asking if Yall need any help?. After feeling as though I/we were being watched like a couple of kids in a Candy Store we left without a purchase. There were a couple of pieces of Art work and a Dining set we were considering. Not sure if we will ever return

If I could do zero stars I would. I used to love this place, and have been a great client here for years. I have recommend people to sell and buy here not ANYMORE.I run my own stores in the retail and sales industry and I know what it is like to have clients enter a store 10 mins before closing time but I would never treat my clients the way I was treated here a few days ago. After a long drive to this location we enter the store at 5:48, the two ladies working announced very loudly to us (since we were the only people in the store) “we are closing in 10 mins!” I looked at her with a puzzled look and said “okay, thank-you. Where is the restroom I need to pee?.” She then said “actually we close in 2 mins, so the bathrooms are already locked.” Again with a puzzled look I said “okay, never mind.”I was walking around and found an outdoor patio set, two accent pillows, floral arrangement and vase I was going to purchase. As I was walking up to the front counter holding the pillows and the vase and about to tell them I was going to purchase the patio set and the large arrangement the lady working said “I have been standing up working all day, and we are actually past close, you can leave now. We are opened tomorrow.” I handed her all the things I was going to purchase and said “here you go, I won’t be returning tomorrow. If I can’t buy this now I won’t be buying this at all.”Again, I know what it’s like to run a business. I pride myself on good customer service to my clients and normally I don’t expect the same level in return when I shop at other establishments but NEVER have I left a complaint. I have never been treated like this in ANY establishment and it has really bothered me. If you don’t want clients in at 5:48 then lock your days at 5:48 not 6:00. So if your looking for a sweet southern experience then don’t enter this store at 5:48.
