Mr. Charles was very patient and helpful. Our new phone was not scanned from Target shipping. At&t was unable to switch me into the new phone because it was considered stolen. He patienly sat on the phone, most of the day, to get everything set up for us. Mr. Charles even successfully multi tasked with costumers. He did all this in a friendly manners. He never showed frustration.

They took another customer before me even though I was there before her. Told me I had an iPhone 6 and needed an upgrade... I have an iPhone 8! Told me my phone had “a glitch” because it isn’t working properly but did nothing to fix it nor recommend a solution. Hate ATT
