We absolutely love the piece we picked out. The customer service was great and the turn around for our color bar top didnt take long at all. This place has a large selection to choose from and so many beautiful colors.

Derick in the back helped me until an office person was available and he did wonderful at answering my questions! Ms. Dana looked at the flooring I was putting in my house and helped picked a style that matched best with it! looking forward to ordering the piece and having them install it. When my husband walked in everyone was so nice and very helpful. They told my husband if he would order by nov. 13 that the granite would be installed by dec.4 and it was. The installer did a great job. My kitchen looks wonderful. Thank you American Marble.

Amazing company the people are amazing work is beautiful amazing art

Chose a granite slab for kitchen countertop. Was cut and installed in reasonable amount of time. problem was when they cut hole for sink some idiot skipped a grinder across the top cutting shallow indentations over 3 sq. in. Only after seeing it later with the light over the sink was on we contacted the company and the installer showed up a few days later, looked at it and said they would have to grind it out. After two months of calling and being told they would have to contact a competitor to get some pads, competitor would not sell them the pads, had to get a source of pads from competitor, and had to order pads. Each step took over a week to accomplish. When an employee shows up with no heads up he proceeds to grind the surface with 200 grit pad and a black pad that I believe was a buffing pad. He placed sealer over it and asked what we thought of it. The wet surface looked as shiny as adjacent surfaces but by wiping it or evaporation, it was soon dull looking and rough to the touch. I researched it on the web and it looks like they should have gone to a higher grit to get the shine. Imagine my thoughts on this company when I found that the pads are available through Amazon for around $8.00 apiece. The company will not return my calls or give BBB a legitimate response to my complaint. I have a marred surface that is approximately 4-5 sq. in. in size now that shows up under the sink light at night and daylight makes it stand out during the day. My only recourse now is to take them to court and have them pay their competitor to repair the surface. Find a good contractor that knows their business, not someone that will not man-up and stand behind his work.The company also goes under American Granite, American Marble And Granite.

Excuse after excuse. 3 weeks to try to get a measurement. Reneged on the price. Would not recommend. Ended up cancelling my order and got a refund.
