I recommend if you get glass work done on closed cab, that they keep a record of who they contract out to & make sure this com. Insects the work. The rubber came unglued & because its out of warranty They said Id have to pay again or get my own glass man. Not acceptable on a $38,000 tractor. They dont even know who they used. I should have complained before, but being they nice person that I am, I didnt but I had no idea it would get worse. Now tell me who to trust.

Great service from the parts department

My husband goes here fairly often for parts for our various John Deeres. We own a Gator, tractor and zero turn motor. They are great at ordering the parts you need but when we called about bringing our tractor in to be fixed we were told she didnt know how much they charge per hour (we were already told $99/hr) and that it would be a long wait to get it worked on plus that someone would call my husband back about it and they never did. We ended up finding another local business who diagnosed the problem the next day and had it ready a week later.

Great purchasing experience!

I bought a commercial size lawn tractor and have had virtually no problems with it. When I do get it serviced annually they do a great job and I have my mower back within 2 days. I gave up on Gravely because of the numerous breakdowns and 4 to 8 weeks service turn around. I have never regretted changing to John Deere products and buying from this particular store.
