I hired Glass Doktor to replace my cracked windshield and bent windshield wiper arm on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I could tell they were busy, and my project may have been rushed being the work was completed on a weekend. After getting my vehicle back and turning on my windshield wipers, the arm that was supposed to get replaced scratched my brand-new windshield. I was billed for parts and labor on the invoice to have the windshield wiper arm replaced. After noticing I was billed for the work that was not completed, I contacted Glass Doktor and have yet to get a response. It has been over a week without a response. Overall, I do not recommend this business and will not be using Glass Doktor in the future. If you are looking for a windshield replacement take your vehicle to Abra.
