I came in for the free old change for life program to get my oil changed its supposed to come with a free car wash I didnt get the car wash usually no ones ever available. I also asked them to program a key fob that I purchased online. They informed me that it would be a charge of $50 if it worked or not work which I understood but when I got there they told me that this was the wrong key fobs to program to my car visually they could see it from the button design but yet they still charged me $50 for trying to Program this fob to my car I dont know why if its the wrong key fob would you try to program in the 1st place you should have just told me it was the wrong key fob and therefore you didnt try and therefore there is no charge. When I call back to let them know that even though they couldnt program they had cut the key thats inside the fob leaving me unable to return it so they offered me a blank key to go inside my fob but just from looking at fob when I came back all of a sudden they say this wouldnt of worked any way. Ive been coming back-and-forth to this auto shop for years now 7 years and I have sent several other customers that bought cars from them, them charging me to program a key fob if its not the right key. I will now refer to them as crooks not cooks. My next purchase will definitely not be there.
