Great place with a huge variety of products for both men and women, with human and synthetic hair also lots of accessories and any tool you can think of. I had an issue and needed to make an exchange and it was very quick and they were very nice about it. And definitely coming back.

Service was pleasant, the representative was knowledgeable. She took 10% off my purchase and like most hair stores she also put extra products in my bag at checkout. Their prices are reasonable too! I will shop here again.

The owners were great ... A little overboard on the sanitation, but they meant well for everyones safety. I spent over a hundred dollars and the gentleman gave me several items for free that he threw in the bag to my surprise when I got home. I thought that the gesture was very nice customer appreciation... AND they didnt follow me around the store, they allowed me to shop at my leisure, which I also appreciated very much.! First time visit it doesnt look like much but they have unique bundles. I bought a blend of hair color and wave couldnt be matched anywhere. So make sure you buy enough hair before you leave because Sunday they closed. And your wig not done until Tuesday

If you are looking for a large selection of hair supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, oils, brushes, combs, etc., this is not the place for you. I gave this place 3 stars because it was easy to locate, has access to parking, is arranged well, and the owner was friendly and appears to have a good relationship with his loyal customers. This is a good place to check out if you are looking for wigs, hair for weaves or crocheting.

The owner was very nice and friendly. The selection of wigs is good and plentiful. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because they did not have the items that I originally went to the store for. The owner even gave a few samples, which is a really nice touch. I will definitely be going back and telling others about this place.

Even if you paid cash and you did not try on the wig in the store! No instruction, we do not take back any reduced goods, at this moment you pay !! He said there are signs in the shop! I did not see any! And the question is, what does it mean, reduced price in this shop? They are all to expensive! And those I asked for, were strangely always the last. so price reduction ! On the on-line you can find much cheaper and better quality! The prices areoverpriced in this store! The quality of the wigs very bad! Cheap products, where anyone can see from afar, you are wearing a wig! The owner did not want to return my money! Never mind, I gave the wig bag, as a present! Now he can sell the wig again, the poor man certainly has to be desperate for the money.. How could I be so stupid to go in there? And also to buy? From experience you will be smart!

This place is nice. The city has more variety and she owner has no idea how to do a lace front wig. But the owners are extremely nice and they go out if the way for customers.

Love this store. All the staffs have full knowledge of products they re selling in the store. Love their crochet braiding selections and also have nice selection of wigs in reasonable price. Extremely thankful for this shop, because there is no other REAL hair store anywhere in Cecil or Harford county. My sisters, mother, my little nieces, and I all get our hair here. Owners are sweet. And the hair tech is awesome!

This store is really nice! Very clean with bright lighting. They have a large selection of hair jewelry, different designs and colors. I wear the jewelry in my twists, and I was thoroughly pleased with the variety of choices that were offered. They also have many different kinds of wigs and extensions. The employee at the counter (Im assuming owner of the store) was very friendly. Im so happy I found this store since I live local to Aberdeen, now I dont have to go all the way down to crappy Beauty Island in Towson. Lol. Dont get me wrong, Towson is cool, its just that Beauty Island is a hot mess and they barely even have different kinds of hair jewelry to choose from. Ill definitely be returning!
