I would recommend this place. I was on vacation with some family towing a 30 foot trailer and the brakes went out on my truck I called on the weekend right before they were closing and Mike a very nice gentleman there got me all set up went there on Monday he did the work and I was out of there in time to get home on Tuesday very professional

The staff was fast to see what I needed and very helpful for getting me back on the road. Will definitely be a returning customer!

This is my second interaction with this location, and I have had five-star service both times. They show great patience with clients needing advice from financing options, technical, and of course their mechanical specialties.Each transaction rang up under quoted price, the location was sparkling clean, and WiFi was available (and Pokemon Go/Ingress friendly) should you prefer to wait in climate controlled dry conditions.Including queue time for both the initial register and a bay, I was out within an hour. Top notch respect for your time, and your business.

I went in to have my tires rotated. This time they didnt ask if I wanted to have a radiator flush, maybe because I have an electric car.I recommend calling to find out the turnover time. Making an appointment could significantly reduce your wait time.

Quick and very receptive service center. When our brakes went wonky, they got the car in and fixed quickly, no attempts to get extras fixed. Will continue to used this location for future brake/tire issues.

Its the only place I buy tires. I had my 2016 Ford F350 in there for brand new Open Country Mt Toyo Tires and a 2 inch front lift or also called a leveler kit. As always the service was professional and quick. The tire size was different than previously thought so the bill came$300 higher than the bid and was reduced $300 to what the bid was. Always doing the right thing. Wont go anywhere else.

Aberdeen Lea Schwab is the only place I will take my van to. Ive been to other sites and they dont compare to Aberdeen. There friendly professional curtious and always explain what there doing. They give you paperwork after your visit showing what was done they even sugest things that need attention right away or down the road a bit. Exellent company great employees very clean store. Got a flat tire and pulled in to have it looked at. I was in and out in less then a hour the tire needed replaced because I had driven on it to long.Awesome service and fast. Highly recommend.

Fast and friendly tire repair

So helpful! After having a blowout at 70mph they were the only place I could think of to have the auto club tow me to. Not only did they find me an oddball (cheap!) tire, but instead of driving on my rim to get the truck into the bay, they jacked the truck up by hand in the parking lot and serviced me there. Class Act!!

With the exception of one incident over many many years I have always had good dealings with Les Schwab and they have always been there when I have needed them.

Really nice, they replaced the one tire I was needing replaced. Where as the other les schwab I went to the day before told me no, I would have to replace all 4 tires.

Probably the best customer service Ive ever had at a Les Schwab location or any automotive service center. They checked the essentials and briefed me on the results in person and with a written report in addition to the tire rotation as requested. They are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and honest.

These people are amazing! My wife had been complaining of her tire going down and having to stop multiple times to get air. Finally it came up on my honey-do list. I took it in fully expecting to be sold a new tire, but they were able to fix the problem at no charge. Apperently, my wife had ran over a nail and with it fixed I get to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Thank you Les Schwab.

They get very busy,which is fine, but they should be able to admit it so that we can choose to come at another time. I was told one hour but 2 3/4 hours later I was still waiting for them to get started. This is the second time this has happened. Otherwise a great company and I intend to buy their tires in the future.

We were traveling through town this past September and a low pressure light came on for our tire (new car, didnt know what that meant and the tires looked fine, but we had a long way to go and were worried). We came in to the shop and they checked tires, they were all fine, no leaks, and they reset the thing that alerted us (to nothing wrong??) - and we felt comfortable to continue the half days drive ahead of us that the tires were fine. AND ALL FOR FREE!!!! We did not know Les Schwab will check a tire for free - - we will use them in our hometown, for our tire needs going forward forever! That was soooo amazing - and to take us in right away since time was of the essence since we had to be on the road. Way to go Les Schwab in this day and age of corporations not being helpful - you rock!!

I Was sold chains that were the wrong size they sat in my trunk for the past few months. I tried returning them twice but was told because of covid-19 i couldn’t. They’ve sense rusted so i was told i couldn’t get a refund. I will never go through les schwab again.

I rolled in very close to closing with a low tire pressure. The staff discovered I had a nail in my tire. They stayed late to fix it even though it was a Firestone tire and they didnt even charge me!! Granted I have done business with them many times. Great service! Friendly staff.

Needed a new battery. Got in and out of there in about 30 minutes! The new battery has a 7 year warranty, and offers free replacement within the first 2 years. Priced about the same as anywhere else. Nice folks there, free coffee & popcorn too!

I try to check the air in my tires before a big trip. Its on the way out of town so a quick stop is easy.

Suddenly lost tire pressure, and sure enough the tire was punctured, and Les Schwab fixed in less that 1/2 an hour, no charge!

I came in to the Aberdeen store on Sept 5th cuz right rear tire had slow leak and front left was making clicking noise. Sept 14th, my front tire went flat... in the rain... with a 82 yr old friend in my car. I hobbled to her house, put the spare on. Today it cost me $82 for a new one. Had Daryl fixed it, I wouldnt have lost 2 days of work plus the $$$ for buying a new one.

Would not recommend this shop to anybody. I have gone there about 6 times and there is always a reason why they cant do what needs to be done even after being told and quoted prices and then waiting they ALWAYS come back and tell me no we Cant do it or then tell me another more expensive price. So then I call to complain and ask to speak to the manager and the manager then tells me the real reason stating they could not put it on for price i was quoted because I didnt purchase my brand new tire from them. Even though when I walked in asked if they could put my brand new tire on my car and asked price i was quoted $21 then they came back and said $44 because tire was Brand new and not purchased from them. I have always been satisfied with service at the Simpson ave Les Swabs in Aberdeen WA the issues are at the one on Heron st in Aberdeen WA.

Its the best place to go when you are having problems with a battery. They dont just sell you a new one. They actually check out the one you have and inform you about the problem. I just needed to have the battery charged for an hour and I was on my way.Thank you Aberdeen!I have always purchase my tires, batteries, alignments, brakes from my local store in Sunnyside WA.

You never have to hunt up a serviceman. Drive up, get a polite and prompt hello, have a free tire check, maybe some bad coffee, get your work done, and go. Its courteous, its reasonably priced and its as fast as you could possibly hope for. Got to like that!

Les Schwab is a company that I cannot recommend doing business with. When I had studded tires put on this year, they threw away my old tires without asking first. My impression is that they want to sell me new tires when the studded ones come off in the spring. To be fair, I am impressed by their fast and friendly service, but their sales tactics are underhanded and not customer friendly. Sorry Les Schwab but I will not be coming back.

I came in thinking something was wrong with my brakes and they checked them for me. Very polite.

Told my husband a tore change and mounting and balancing will be 75 dollars. Then they call him back up and say that its 175.!!!!! You cant tell a customer one thing and then make them pay more with the money that people dont even have!!!! If it was gonna be that much I wouldve sent him somewhere cheaper because I know I could have gotten it done cheaper!

Should a tire last only 2 months? Should the tech insinuate you are a liar? Everyone recommended Earley tire factory, I should have waited the extra three days to get my tires ordered from them. Went there no one came out so I go inside no one inside I go out to the service area finally find someone that works there. Sit and wait an hour and a half for a valve stem to be replaced and had to leave before they even got it in the shop. I will never go to this les Schwab again

Wed had a rough day. 2 flat tires and miles to go on the long weekend. We called the store after hours and Nick and his crew cheerfully agreed to wait for us. fixed both tires and got us back on the road - no charge. These guys are the real deal.

The service I experienced today was horrible. I went in for a tire rotation and mount/dismount and they clearly ruined two of my wheels with their mounting machine. When I attempted to speak with the manager about this he was rude, disrespectful and just kept saying their machine would never do any damage. I will never do business with Les Schwab nor will I recommend them to anyone.
