I was able to find the vehicle I liked, they pulled it up to the door for me to test drive, and made the rest of the purchase process straightforward and easy.I needed some confidence that vehicle would blow cold air conditioning, and they were willing to run that through the service shop while I waited and then based upon the successful recharge, I decided to buy the vehicle as everything else on the vehicle was in good working condition.

Absolutely do not shop from these guys. I had spoken to a member of their sales team for a truck. Sent him all my information, got the numbers for the truck, he said everything was good to go and I could come get it. I lived 10+ hrs away and he knew this. I drove there only to find out that not only was my paperwork not done or approved at all but he didnt even submit it. So after driving there spending the ENTIRE day there only to find out that the financing wasnt approved with them. After months and months of back and forth being harassed by their employees for paperwork that wasnt in my possession. Then they said they would do things to make it right and they didnt even follow through with that. It was the absolute worst shopping experience of my life. Ill never recommend them to anyone!

I felt fortunate to find this Ram Mega Cab and Chad Lyke made the purchase process easy. They were able to install a grill guard prior to delivery which was essential for our area. We live 4 hours from Aberdeen and were able to complete the purchase without leaving home. The Ram was delivered to our home on a trailer two days after purchase. My wife leased her first Jeep from Tanner Droog with Aberdeen Chrysler Center. The customer service was excellent. Tanner was very patient as it took us over a year to pull the trigger on her first Jeep. We ended up leasing a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk after a gracious trade in of her 2006 Honda Pilot. This Jeep has everything she ever wanted in a vehicle. Especially the heated steering wheel for the cold winter months!

Buyer BewareAberdeen Chrysler CenterI recently discovered the State of South Dakota no longer requires damage disclosure on vehicle titles and some dealerships will go so far as not disclosing this when pointedly asked that question. I found this out through the following situation.I was working with Aberdeen Chrysler Center and I specifically asked the condition of the vehicle. I was advised that it was in great condition and recieved a clear Cat Fax from my sales person. I specifically asked if there had been any damage to the vehicle and I was told no. I moved forward with the purchase and the vehicle was delivered to me.Upon delivery, severe scratches were noted on the rear passenger fender flare. This was pointed out and the salesman said this would be fixed to our satisfaction. The vehicle was bug covered from travel and we were unable to determine any further damage.As the vehicle was cleaned by me, I discovered broken glass in the seats, overspray on parts of the car and fish eyes and dirt in the paint. I also found where there paint had been blended in the drivers door. A family friend was able to help me determine that the vehicle had been in a accident with an animal through a look up under the insurance companies website in South Dakota.We contacted the dealer and advised them of what we found. Initially they continued to indicate the vehicle had not been in an accident. After confronting them with what we knew, they finally admitted that they were aware the vehicle had been in an accident. They also disclosed the total damage was almost $19,000.After several conversations with the general manager where this wasn’t resolved to our satisfaction, it was determined my trade in vehicle and money for the new vehicle returned would be returned to me and the dealership took back the vehicle I purchased.Beware when dealing with unscrupulous businesses that only care about making a buck.I am very Disappointed! #aberdeenchrysler

I found a truck I wanted online and spoke with a guy named Garrett about it. I live 4hrs away and he was able to answer and showed my what I wanted to know before making that trip with 2 kids under the age of 4. Once I got out there I noticed a different truck and once I made the decision they had the paperwork all ready and was in and out in no time, also gave me a good price on my trade in. Would definitely recommend doing business with them!

We bought a minivan there a year ago and when I took it in for service we found out it would cost to much to fix so I unexpectedly ended up purchasing anther minivan. The one thing we had to have was for a working entertainment system. Upon purchasing the vehicle it was discovered that the radio did not work out of town and the dvd system did not work. I was told that all I needed was a new remote, so I purchased one and when it arrived 2 weeks later the dvd system still did not work. I took the vehicle back to the service center and after a day and a half they found out the dvd and antenna needed to be replaced. I was advised to call the salesman and he said he would check into it. I made it clear that I would be needing a different vehicle if the entertainment system was not working. Christian texted us to inform us there was nothing they would be doing to remedy the situation. No phone call, nothing, just a text. Needless to say this will be our last vehicle purchase from them.UPDATE: Jason called checked into this. Aberdeen Chrysler is going to fix the vehicle and I am so very pleased!!! He was so nice, he took the extra time to check into what the issue was and will be fixing it. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from here. Thank you so very much Jason!!!

Very nice staff and did a great job helping me look over my used pickup. However there are a few little things they could have done to make my purchase better. One the gas tank was not filled up only 1/4 tank and I didnt even make it home without filling up the gas tank. Also the vehicle needed some deep cleaning had a very dirty interior however it was used and maybe a recent trade but could have went through a detail shop

Called on a vehicle they took in on trade at 8:42AM they didnt have a price on it yet, but said I would be the first call when they had a price on it, then they called me back at 11:49AM and priced me the vehicle. I told them Id take it and put $$ down on it over the phone. Only to find out later that night at 6:51PM that they sold it to someone else. They are full of BS excuses and empty apologies. This place is the definition of an untrustworthy dealership. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from them new or used.

They post pictures of vehicles that are very appealing even though they dont have them in their inventory. Then they want you to check their other inventory. Basically click bait.In response to Aberdeen Chryslers reply:. The picture of the vehicle used was taken on your lot. It wasnt due to the pandemic. ACC posted it one day, I ask to see it, they tell me its sold and to look at their other inventory. Then they post the picture of the same vehicle again a couple days later. Then tell me it has sold when I contact them. Posting the same vehicle multiple times (the vehicle is an eye catcher) even though it has sold is basically click bait. Not what I want in a dealership.

I had great service when I went to the Aberdeen Chrysler Center. I found the car I wanted and was only shown that car and it was ready for me when I got there which I appreciated. Roger D. was my salesman and he was incredible and made getting a new car a great experience! Everything was prepared for me and the team was up front about all of the information.
