They were very nice but when I was there the guy was playing games on my time they broke my window controls and they took my ignition and reinstalled it backwards when I didn’t ask them to do any of that neither of them had much interest in there jobs very sad was disappointed and I would not recommend doing any business there

Been a customer for years - I take them the stuff I cant (or dont want to) do myself. They absolutely know what theyre doing. Have your buddys nephew try to do it first if you want - hell, everybody has to learn somehow. Bring it here when he screws it up.

I had a speaker system installed in my car from them. They did a great job and it sounds amazing. Any problems I have had they have fixed and didnt even charge me for the repair. Many of my friends that have also gone to them for car speakers and have also had a great experience with their products and service here. Staff is very knowledgeable and know the answers to all of the questions Ive had. Would recommend this place if you need car speakers installed.

I went in to Sound Decision knowing that what I needed was more than likely not in the store. Even though it wasn’t the staff helped out with some ideas with my problem and was even able to help me resolve it. It’s been my 5th or 6th time in and I’ve always come out treated well by the employees.

I bought a set of home speakers and I was told they were brand new. When I got home I found out they had scuffs and had been used. I called them and told them I wanted a different set since they were used and the owner was rude and said no returns. After looking online I also realized I paid $48 over msrp. So not only did I buy used speakers I also over paid. Dont go here.

Horrible service. The people at the desk were extremely stuck up and rude. I paid them $500 for an auto start. I got the car back at their closing time on a Saturday. While installing the auto start they broke my cruise control, and all my dash lights aswell as breaking a part of dash. I tried to get a hold of them to leave a message on Sunday, but they did not even have an answering machine. I brought it back into the store on Monday and they were even more rude and annoyed. After they fixed it they blamed it all on me, saying the cruise was not working before and that all they had to do was turn the dimmer switch on. I am not an idiot, I tried everything, and even checked the fuses before hand to make sure it was something they did. In the end they fixed the problems, but could not even take responsibility for their obvious mistakes. Not even one apology was given for wasting my time, and providing horrible service. Get your auto start installed from somewhere else, the service here is a joke.

Been here on multiple occasions. Who I am assuming is the manager is quite rude. They never have anything in stock. Prices are ridiculous as well. Better off shopping online.

Do NOT do business here.I chose them because I was told their batteries had a 6 month warranty. (I stated that the problem was my car starter, not the batteries. He recommended changing the batteries that I had JUST replaced anyway.) Three weeks later as the batteries were tested and dead - an unfulfilled warranty remained because the remote must be draining them. No kidding...

Tried reaching these guys at 8:45 am black friday morning to purchase 5 auto starts for my fleet of pickups and no one would answer. Wouldnt you think you would want to be open early on black friday? After reading the nightmares of people having auto starts installed by these guys im glad they didnt answer the phone. And yes they have always had a rude attitude.

They put in a full theatre at my house and wired sound throughout the house. They did a great job!!! Thank you.
