People in this business are very courteous and friendly, they do have a mask policy which I question very much, I mean if they are vaccinated against that Corona virus and they feel that vaccination works WHY are they still afraid of catching it???

Very thorough eye examine with friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and adept in their services. Very good experience and likely will go back next year.

I had an awesome experience with the staff until I came to pick up my glasses. I got a email to come pick them up so I went to pick them up and the staff member had an attitude because I didn’t make an appointment well hell after I shelled out $133.16 I shouldn’t have to but other then that everything was fine but they need two doctors

I had a frustrating experience with this Shopko Optical location. I was seen for an appointment in October 2020 with concerns about my vision changing and with questions about getting contact lenses. The optometrist didnt seem to hear my concerns and as a result, I ended up with a prescription for lenses that really didnt seem right. I was having trouble seeing well even with my new glasses, and had a recheck exam this past weekend which showed my prescription to be nearly triple what I had based on my exam at Shopko. I did also have issues utilizing my insurance benefits with this location - despite being a preferred provider, there was missing information in the computer system about coverages and I ended up with a bill for my glasses that I still dont think is accurate. I would not return to this location - the staff in the retail area are very friendly, but I dont think all of the hassle for a potentially incorrect prescription was worth it.

I wont go anywhere else for my eye appointments. Its always brief and the ladies are wonderful and helpful. I recommend.

It was a great experience. Elizabeth was a world of help and professional. She was able to save me money and made it fun.

One employee here in particular was very rude and short with my son and I. Her name is Vickie and she just came across as kind of mean and unpleasant. My son who typically doesn’t pick up on things like that even mentioned that she sounded like she was mad at us. Otherwise, I guess it was ok.

Extremely unprofessional horrible experience I have been wearing corrective lenses since I was three years old Ive been in contact since I was nine years old and I am 42 years old now. I have never been to an eye Doctor Who did not have trial pair for me because they dont stock them, Ive never been to an eye care center that would not give me a copy of my prescription that I paid for, I have never been to an eye care center that would not verify for me that they ordered my contact lenses nor has it taken two weeks for contact lenses to arrive I would never recommend this doctor or this eyecare center they do not facilitate the sale, they do not take care of their customers and they are extremely difficult to deal with .

First the lab ruins my lenses but still ships them and the Optical Center fails to notice it either so i drove there for nothing, I wait for a week and a half for my new lenses. Now after a week my lenses are scratched and cracked but they wont fix them..Very unfriendly and over priced..Do not go there, save the headache and the money.

Greatest place to go and the help you get is awesome
