This guy used to be good to do business with. Now his word cant be trusted, I was told he had the motor and vfd I needed in stock and would ship quick before I made the purchase. Today is 18 days and he wont reply to his email, etsy, or answer the phone.I needed the item quick to keep my business running so for the past eight days Ive been trying to contact him to either confirm delivery or get a refund so I can order from the other shop I got a quote from who also said they could have said items out the next day.

I ordered a grinder expecting to wait the 1-10 weeks delivery time as listed on the Etsy site. After about 3 months the expected delivery date passed and still no shipping notice. I contacted Kyle and when he did get back to me he told me he needed 3 to 4 more weeks. Since I had already waited 3 months whats another 3 to 4 weeks? I gave it over 4 weeks and contacted again. This time he said it was close to being done, but he still needed another 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and I contacted him again. I got another two week extension but with a no concrete delivery date still. After those weeks passed I contacted Etsy to get involved. Kyle offered to upgrade me to a better grinder but still could not give me a delivery date and left the conversation open to where I had no idea what the plan of action was. 5 more days went by and I escalated the case through Etsy and got a refund from Kyle. Ordered the grinder April 4, 2021 and finally got a refund Sept 24th 2021. My honest feeling about Kyle is he is a good guy who is probably really busy. But customer service is really bad. You have to meet your deadlines. If you cant you should be contacting the customers to let them know whats going on. Or stop taking orders until you are caught up. The customer shouldnt have to send countless emails and phone calls. Also if you extend your deadline you should make sure you can at least meet the second deadline. All in all I really wish I was able to get this grinder but theres only so many extensions I can handle. The wait was just too long, even when expecting a long wait. I ordered another grinder frame from another seller and it shipped out two days later. Hoping this experience is better.

Ordered a grinder from Kyle was slightly worried because it is a small shop and it was a lot of money to spend. Talked to Kyle several times on the phone every time he was very helpful and very nice he represents every thing that is great about working and dealing with a small business it did take a while to get to me but that was expected. The build quality is phenomenal there’s nothing on the grinder that I would want built differently or better. Cutting corners or using cheaper materials was not some thing that he did even when it could’ve saved him hours of manufacturing time thank you very much for a great product. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants quality and has the ability to wait 3 to 4 months.Josh Z

Bought a grinder from here. Took a couple months to get it but that was expected and stated on the website. It was worth the wait, because this thing is built like a tank and is super smooth when running. I also like the belt tensioning system on this grinder. I expect this thing will last for many years based on how well its built. And nothing is proprietary so I can upgrade and repair if I ever need to.

Seven weeks of waiting for a tracking wheel assembly listed as in stock. After three weeks he stated it would “likely ship next week”, another four weeks later no email traffic back from him.

I got a grinder set up from Kyle. The quality and performance is fantastic. Comparable to grinders at three times the price. The only reason I didn’t rate 4 stars is it took several weeks longer than expected. I suspect that due to his low prices and high quality he is swamped with orders. If he hires enough people for manufacturing and customer service so he can improve delivery times and customer relations this company will be huge. The bottom line is Kadrmas makes an excellent grinder if you are willing to be patient and wait for it. Could you pay much more for the same quality and receive your product sooner? Probably. But if you intend to go with another machine I suggest you contact them and get a time frame first as very few producers in this market have any inventory ready to ship. Most are built after ordering.

Kyle has been swamped with orders. Until recently he had no help. My grinder took 16 weeks to arrive and I sent multiple emails and called a few times. He never answered. About a week before my order arrived he finally got back to me. He was super apologetic and willing to work with me on any customization I desired. His prices and quality, and even customer service (when you can get him to talk to you) can not be beat. He is a great person who really cares about the quality of his products, he just happens to be very very busy. If you want a great grinder at a great price and are willing to wait you wont be disappointed here.

Ordered a drive wheel for my grinder, didnt get an order confirmation, emailed him, got a confirmation number an hour later. Three days later my wheel arrived in the mail Good quality and exactly what I wanted

Ordered a grinder, never got it. Never could get email answers, never could get someone on the phone, and his lead time makes it so your CC company wont allow you to dispute the charge.
