I have the same story as many here, except I am white. I enter the store and a group of employees are too busy chatting to each other to notice me. I am getting back in to archery and was shocked at their bow prices, other pawn shops beat their prices easily on used bows. You ever noticed they only reply to good reviews on here.

Great selection of firearms, ammo and reloading equipment. Archery? They do that too! Friendly and helpful employees. Its my go to store!

A very clean and friendly shop, comma with a good selection as well.. Prices are competitive, especially in these times. Very glad I stopped in!

Went out to their shop looking for information on two particular guns. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and very polite. They will get my business even I decide to purchase the weapon.

Very good customer service. Very nice people. They have a great selection of everything especially gun powder and bullets. They’re a little more expensive but I don’t mind paying for service and they’re the only store I have found that keeps powder on the shelves especially in times like this. I plan on doing a lot more business with them. They were nice and helpful. Can’t ask for much more.

Lance and the guys are a very knowledge and friendly. My wife and I have bought several firearms from them and have never had a bad experience. If there is anything you want, and do not see it, ask them and they will be happy to help you locate it. Always a pleasure to do business with them.

Just left there and they were great to do business with and I highly recommend them for your next gun purchase, trade or gun supplies. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair can’t ask for more than that!

$60 for 50 rounds of 5.7 here and meanwhile academy is selling them $45 for 50 rounds…

I went into B&B knowing they sold bows but that was about it. One of the workers there asked me if I needed any help, he then spent the next several hours helping me learn how to properly shoot a bow. He never seemed frustrated and was very knowledgeable. We got the bow properly adjusted and I was hitting pretty close to the bulls eye at there indoor bow range. It was great. I was hoping to shoot a turkey and told the worker about it. Later that month I came in to buy more arrows and he remembered me asking how my turkey hunting was going. This is how you get a repeat customer hands down. Thanks again.

I got 2 new Uzi’s from them. The price was just what I was looking for. Everyone is very friendly.

All of the employees are so friendly and if you need help they are right there! I personally dont know much about guns, bows, etc. but they make sure you understand exactly what youre buying! I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. WONDERFUL!

My husband and I own this business and customer service is a priority. The guys that work for us are very friendly and knowledgeable. We do not badger our customers but always let them know we are here to help if they need us.

If only I could rate a 0.I must say that I 100% agree with & understand other reviews that mention a rude, and racially judgemental atmosphere . If Id looked up reviews prior to going here I would not have wasted my time but I went there and experienced it myself first-hand. Rarely do I write reviews, but after googling this place & actually reading reviews Im not surprised to find others had similar experiences. This place doesnt deserve my business or anyone elses for that matter. Such a disappointment this kind of behavior still exists. ✌🏽🗑

When I first walked in no one offered assistance or greeted me. When another guy who was white walked in he was greeted and offered assistance. My observation was that people here look down on people of color. I didnt look like I came off the street. Im a law abiding citizen. I felt judged by the way I look at B&B. I would recommend no one of color go here and buy anything from these people. If you want to be treated like an equal go somewhere else. Racist people. And to think I was ready to spend $1,000 that day ha.

I have bought several firearms from B&B and all have been a great experience. They are very friendly and have great prices. I have also bought reloading supplies from them and was able to get items I couldnt find anywhere else in town.

A pawn shop run by guys more interested in talking to one another than helping customers. If you dont have decent knowledge of firearms, avoid this place. I cant necessarily fault them for being set in their ways, but dont expect outstanding service.

If you like walking into a business that doesnt greet or acknowledge you then this is the place for you! Otherwise avoid this business i walked in nobody said a word about 5 people there all to busy watching videos rather than helping customers.

Absolutely rude service and very judgemental and quick to make assumptions. I used to use them quite often and I will never be going back. I like helping our local businesses and could have easily gotten the item I needed for half of what it cost in store. I hope this business goes bankrupt.

Very nice gentleman helped my husband and I purchase two handguns. Having owned Glocks I knew I wanted something around the same. He pulled out a few suggestions and in a span of 5 mins had them picked out. Great customer service and will be returning for our next purchase. Love my B&B cap too!!!

I disagree with the posts that say it is the overpriced. I bought a very lightly used beretta shotgun with a retail value of about $2100. I got it for $1200.

These guys are great. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and were very helpful. I highly recommend doing business with B&B!

Went out of my way to get to this place from out of town because their website says they’re open on Mondays at 9am. Meanwhile it’s after 12pm and the doors are locked and no ones answering the phone...

Place is over priced through and through. And Pawn haha yeah right wont even do decent trades, only have their interest in mind. I read a review posted by the owner saying customer service is priority, if this is the case you need to reevaluate your store prices and employee offers. Today was my last attempt at doing business with this place, remember you reap what you sow!
