I had a great experience here. I was in from out of town and had a couple chips in my window. They let me know up front that my insurance wasnt waiving the deductible, which my insurance didnt tell me when they set up the appointment. They got me in right away and got it taken care of quickly.Nice folks!

Second time Ive had them replace windshields for me. Wonderful experiences both times. Fast service.

Horrible service. Waited a week for an estimate. Then 2 weeks to receive the glass that is not right so they reschedule me. 2 weeks later they repair one of the 2 windows needing repaired and didnt fix the second one because they lost a seal. Tried blaming us over that and tried to reschedule us again for another 2 weeks. This is a apartment unit with a family and a pregnant mom in there due any time without a window because this people have horrible communication. I need my refund today if the window is not being repaired.

I am very disappointed. I had to wait one week before they could come measure my windows. Then the guys that came out and gave me a quote didnt turn the info in to the office. I have waited more than the 3 weeks I was told the windows would take to arrive. No windows. I called the office and the receptionist said she couldnt find my order in the computer but she would call me back in a half hour. That was 6 days ago. I am using a different company now.

I am going to edit my original review as follows: after my initial review I was contacted. Y manager. Very professional and assured me they would do whatever needed to make the service to a quality satisfaction. Sent someone over in a few hours. Technician was very professional and also assured me problems would be fixed in a priority manner. Really appreciated the time and care they took to begin to remedy issues.Ordered shower glass install in two pieces. Came to install and one was cut wrong. Then was told later they can’t do the 2nd piece after all because it’s too hard. They installed the only piece they could and I notice a 2-3” scratch in it as soon as they drive off. Reported to company. Very disappointed in service and quality.

They were very fast and efficient. Super nice people. The price is good too.

I stopped in, without an appointment, for repair of a chipped windshield, on my motor home, in the middle of my vacation. The people at Binswagner Glass handled my situation immediately and professionally! Both the tech, who made the repair, and the office personnel saw to it that I was back on the road without delay and at a very reasonable price!I would highly recommend them for any glass, or glass repair, needs.

Took forever to get a quote and ordered a desk top glass back in September. I called and left messages but the person I was working with didnt seem to think it was important enough to email or call me back. I left message again yesterday but no call back. Today I called again and was she told me she ordered the glass desk top yesterday and it would take about a week. I thought using someone close would be a good idea but not really happy as of right now with CF. The item is for a company and by the PO they had to know this.

They think mirrors are made of gold, wow 36x40 inch mirror 120$. Just FYI for anyone wanting a mirror you can get the same size with a polished edge for 24$ so yea I will never return. I forgot to mention that price was at 30% off. I wish I could give them negative stars on here.

This is my second or third experience with this company, and after today I thought Id better write a review - they deserve it.Went in for a chip repair. They had installed a new windshield a couple of years ago, and informed me that I was entitled to a free chip repair - Nice !Had an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. The repair took less than ten minutes and was done right, looks great.Id also brought with me a small antique hand mirror (wifes) that Id been trying to repair and given up on. Id hoped to just get some advice, but they repaired it for me on the spot in 20 minutes.These folks are service oriented and I highly recommend them

Using this company has been one of my worst experiences here in Abilene. I originally called for a quote nearly two months ago. When I didnt here back, I called them a week later and was told that they were working it. They finally called me back a few hours later and had a quote which I was expected to pay the majority up front. At that time the glass was put on order and took a month to arrive. Of course, I never received a call telling me that the glass had arrived, I had to call them. They scheduled my install for the following Monday morning but never actually showed up. I called that morning at 8:00 just to be sure that they would be there since I had to take the morning off of work, and was assured that they would arrive between 0800 and 1200. My glass is still not installed and the company has not called me back to schedule an install date. This has been some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

I used Binswanger to remodel my home on Tamarisk. Jason and Ronnie are great!Ronnie did a perfect job on Tamarisk and Jason the manager is extremely personable. The job on Elmwood took a little more deligence, but Binswanger did not give up on that job, but kept at it until it was right on the money. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting mirror work in their residence. Even when a mirror cracked on Tamarisk, Jason was right there and it was replaced at their expense. I like to make friends with vendors and these are all great people.There is a significant TURN of events that has altered my impression of this company. Two employees going manic on you . Which goes to a real problem today. Narssicism. No one is listening to anyone. Most are in their head talking to themselves and accusing venting deep seated anger, stress and adrenal fatigue. These can be for the most part really great people.until this personality snap occurs.. Make sure you are not on the other end of this verbal abuse.. This is what it really is. and it shows up now in what you would expect to be a safe professional business.. Narcissism is becoming epidemic and shows up on any level. You are no longer a client. You are one accused of wrong doings and even if you did not do anything at all, you will not convince the person accusing you. I actually sat there in the store managers office with the door closed he began ripping me to shreds and then telling me to not go around calling the employees bad mouthing the female rep. I was mortified.. Split personality. Either an adult with an 8 year old maturation level is shredding me or that is the standard in the office. There seems to be one bad apple in the office and that one had no professional communication skills. Probably what got the one with professional skills fired recently. They are really arguing with themselves in their own minds creating events that are in the negative toward you. They cannot hear you, they cannot listen. and there is no reason nor an apology when this narcissim is engaged. It could be called dumb. In some cases it can become a gang event.and a gang event is two people or more anywhere. I was actually thrown out of the store by the store manager while he was yelling at me with his eyes closed.. I was worried that he was going to have a heart attack. Imagine what customers were going through and myself witnessing this adult. I didnt take it personally. You cannot let any of that energy seep in. This is why someone being victimized on a public street may not receive help from passers by. They go numb and engage a level of shock. I worked with the store manager successfully for 3 years until their female receptionist went phone line.bezerk this morning. She was not listening to me at all and was talking in a hyper state. The employees of the company themselves who have witnessed or been apart of these events numb out. No joy, seldom a smile. They have also become completely fatigued and have stopped caring. Residentially I have spent well into the twenty thousand dollar range with Binswanger in Abiline and have paid them in full. This event was pretty sickening especially with customers in the store witnessing the event. Customers dont know what to feel and stand there just in a gaze. Obviously I doubt very seriously if I will ever step foot in that particular location again although I really liked the people. Its a Damaged Atmosphere. I have learned from this experience not to stay too long with a service vendor. You may think you know who they are, but believe me you dont. Dont get personal. They will use everything against you when that personality shift hits. That is what narcissism is.. If a lower level office clerk or a store manager starts accusing you turn around and walk away or hang up. On a side note the shop workers are excellent.. Yolanda is a kind spirit. They do their work. No favors or gratuities. They will use them against you and remember you have legal rights against victimization. .

Not too impressed with the glass repair. Its OK, but didnt explain the repair or that another chipped place wasnt repairable...just said Im done with your car.
