10:9 was absolutely great to work with on our project (the first of many, we hope)! Our goal was to create an online merchandise sale for our customers and they took care of every detail from setting up the online store, processing orders, and shipping to our customers. They handled the challenges of this pandemic era with grace, integrity and professionalism. We will use 10:9 for all our screen printing and embroidery needs and think that you should too!

My fiancé and I worked with Caleb and 10:9 to design and print koozies for both our wedding, as well as my bachelor party. I will absolutely use them again for any printing I’d ever need. Caleb was prompt and informative and kept us appraised through the whole process. We had a few vendor issues, that pushed printing time back twice but the staff at 10:9 honestly could not have handled it better. We were made aware of the steps to remedy the problem and Caleb made sure to make everything right. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy even with some issues that were out of their control. I am honestly so happy with the result and process and would recommend them to anyone looking for printing.

Its a little hard to find but the door is to the left of the 3 big bay doors.. But this is by far the best place to get any custom advertisements or just a few t-shirts. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful and respectful. No matter what your advertisement need they will help you find what you are wanting and make it for you. I know me and my business wont go anywhere else. I cant say enough about how amazing they are. They do it all.

They weren’t able to help me with my problem, but instead of trying to get my money anyways they politely and professionally explained to me why they couldn’t fix my shirt. 10/10 best place in town I will be back if I ever need a shirt.

I had asked to have a vinyl banner done for my classroom to honor Down Syndrome Awarenessmonth. I had a design in mind, and I had submitted that idea, via email. What I got back was a complete shock to me and well above my expectations. It was beautifully designed, and crafted. It was a perfect size, and the colors were spot on, as the colors for DS are blue and yellow. I couldn’t be more happy with the craftsmanship, the professionalism, the customer service, and over experience of 10:9 Design. I would recommend this company to everyone!!

The team at 10:9 Design was *welcoming*, attentive, approachable, professional, *friendly*, and all that other good stuff. Outstanding business with excellent customer service! We had an extensive design concept for our order that other companies in town told us was impossible to do; 10:9 Design took our concept and made it better than expected. The ladies in the office were awesome to work with and spent 30 minutes going through every type of fabric they had available to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for! Fall 2019: Alicia assisted our PTA with a spirit shirt order of 300+ shirts. Just as with our previous order, the service was quick, efficient, and thorough!. Awful company to work with. The designs were not what we were looking for. Had to hire another company to do our design for two billboards then had the print them. I did give them the wrong size so the printed the wrong size but told the owner they knew the size was wrong but printed what I said. I had them re-print in right size but later found out they only printed 1 of the wrong size but charged me for 2. Called they said they thought it was only 1 but yet billed me for 2. Was able to get a refund for 1 that they never made.Things that really upset me with this place.Poor Art DesignsThey knew I gave them the wrong size for billboards but did not questionOnly shipped half my order and then said they thought it was only 1I will never use them again for our business needs

They did our shirts for the adoption day of our daughter and they did a great job!!I brought them the design I wanted they were so helpful in picking out a great shirt to put the on. From Dallas Texas...they were the only T-Shirt company that would help us on a Friday...they helped us at 4:15 pm and we got our handmade shirts at 5:45 pm...we were trying to get out shirts done by Saturday but all of the places are closed on Saturdays...Luckily they did us a favor and git them done on a Friday...thanks allot Guys...you went above and beyond expectations....
