Appt at 9am. Checked in at 745am. Door at 10am. Empty at 545pm!!! It seems as they use the trailers as storage, and unload your truck, and only put 1 or 2 pallets from your trailer into a Pepsi trailer.... or another trailer... Guard was nice and polite. Bring food, and make sure you charge them detention. Lost my next load bc of a long unload. O/O avoid

Horrible experience 6 times consecutively thought I’d give them benefit of doubt Incase it was just a bad day(s). My trucks have delivered maybe 20times prior to the past 6 loads. As everyone says it’s long long hours of waiting idling your life away! Management needs to change mode of operations or else no one I mean no one will want to deliver or pickup from this place. I’ve already rejected about 10 loads going to this place; I’d rather deadhead my trucks home then to deliver here! Unless something changes; at the moment I don’t plan on sending any trucks here. I pass by in my personal vehicle time to time and it seems to be a norm to have tons of trucks lined up! So as of this week 9-24-21 it’s still looks like same o same o!

This Pepsi warehouse here in Abilene,Tx is a definite NO NO for owner ops or company drivers. Dispatch will send you an appointment time and when you get here on time believe me you wont get out of here till like 6-9 hrs later or even more than that!. Look at the reviews and by our experience as a team,BELIEVE THAT!. Not worth bringing loads here and wasting your time. Dont believe me,ask drivers when you get here how long they’ve been waiting and you’ll believe me then!. Guarantee you that fellow driver.

Avoid this place completely. Been sitting here for 13 hours now and not offloaded yet. Broker only pays a max of 150 dollars detention. The facility doesnt offload at night, dont listen to the broker, its not a 24 hours facility on pickups and deliveries.

15 hours to get unloaded, drivers my advise to you dont accept any loads to or from this place.

Terrible!!! Avoid this place if possible. You will get stuck here. 9.5 hours to unload. Took over 7 just to get a door assignment. They only have 1 truck back at the docks at a time, so i dont know why it still took over 2 hours to unload a trailer. Im not sure if its the system they have to use (we were told they now have to scan and count everything) or what. But this place needs some help. The guard at the front was very nice and kind. Thats about the only positive thing about this place.

Place is a disgrace, they do not care about your appointments nor they keep track of which truck is in line, so they will just take a truck at random regardless of how long you waited The warehouse personnel is probably taking bribe to unload you Rude people, clueless and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND CANCEL ANY LOADS THAT UNLOAD/LOAD FROM HERE . Brokers will probably lie to you just to hook you on their load. !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

Took 5 1/2 hours to unload. Three times they walked away from my truck amd went to another part of the warehouse to work on other trucks. I finally had to go find someone to help me. I asked to speak to manager and he did not care enough to come out and talk with me. It should have been a 30 minute job.

READ BEFORE YOU COMMITT TO THE LOAD. They are not open to receive shipment for 24 hours. They receive at 8am to 5pm and expect to wait for half a day or more. Make sure you charge the broker above $4 dollars a mile because you will spend nearly a day or more to deliver. They do not provide restrooms and make sure you have plenty of snacks or food. There is a port of potty staged by the fence line but enter at your own risk. The employees are courteous. They took 22 hours to off load my trailer. If the broker says they will work you in, decline the load because you will be the last one in line. I am glad to say I am no longer a Pepsi guy.The SA facility operates the same way. Super slow and high traffic with trucks.

I absolutely hate Pepsi. They treat you like their doing you a favor loading or unloading you. They load the trailer like friggen pre school retards. (Who singles a load of water in the nose of a trailer? Pepsi thats who!) And there are never bathroom or breakroom facilities for a driver. I will NEVER drink a pepsi product, nor will I ever darken their docks with my presence.

Worst place i think Ive ever been to. Appointment was at 9am. Checked in at 830. 8 trucks ahead of me. Its now 1520. Still 6 trucks ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Just trying to unload a trailer full of dr pepper. Never ever again

They have the very worst customer service when it comes to refilling and serving their customers. We will go weeks with no service and it is nearly impossible to reach anyone at customer service at any time. Very frustrating.

Same as everybody else had a 2:00 p.m. delivery appointment arrived at 1:40 p.m. its now 6:40 p.m. and I am last truck out in the parking lot and absolutely nothing is moving. Have no idea how long I will be here

Checked in for a 7am appointment at 3:30am got a door at 11:52am was done at 13:31 you can park overnight on the street not alot of spots but you can park there 650 Colonial Dr, Abilene, TX 79603 is the delivery entrance

Checked in at 09:30 for 12:00 appointment. They called me at 11:40 and gave me a door. Out at 12:10. Entrance is on Colonial Dr. No signs. Parking on street for 4-5 trucks with additional room for 4 trucks to park off right side of Cul De Sac

My appointment time is at 8am still here. 15 hours later So unprofessional. Big Company with little mind set. This why other major companies are ahead of Pepsi. If this continues they will go bankrupt. No driver will want to come here. When the word out among fellow drivers. We stick together. Losing money is not fun. Today is March 11 My delivery appointment is at 8am I’m still here waiting! That’s terrible!

Arrived at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment, I got a dock at 3:15 pm. I had 1/2 a trailer 15 pallets. Been at dock for 2 hours 15 minutes and I am still NOT empty. I will refuse any load coming here from now on and will suggest others refuse also. The delay here cost me a $$4200 load.

I was really nervous delivering here because if all the bad reviews but I was in and out within an hour and the let me stay here across the street for my break. Other drivers must of been acting like jerks to the guards.

Even if you on time or late for your appointment they will have you wait for hours no good restrooms just a outside box

4 hours and I haven’t even made it through the gate. Appt at 0900 I showed up at 0900. It is now 1300 and still no word. Update, I waited 6.5 hours to be let in the gate and then another hour and a half to be unloaded.

Let’s just say I’ll add this place to my no go list. Arrived at 0730 for an 0800 appt got called in at 1530 to exit the place at 1800. What a joke of a place.

Appt for 6am checked in at 5:30, still sitting out front at 9:45, the funny thing is if your are 2mins late you will sit here 5hrs or more and wont get a dime for waiting. And when you are on time you wont get anything anyways because theyll refuse to give you a detention slip or write the wrong load # on it, they have used every excuse in the book not to pay waiting time. in less than a year i have lost over 30hrs waiting a pepsi plants and have never paid a single dime for it.

Cheating and lying.Worst company ever is pepsi. all over the country they work the same way they tell you have appointment but when you get there they say no appointments first come first serve. then they make you wait for hours and they never pay detention because of some made up reason. make sure to get the money upfront or dont do the load. be ready to wait 4 to 12 hours

Last time i unloaded here... Had a 9 am appt. Got there at 7 am and checked in. I sat till 6 pm waiting to get unloaded when i still had to drive all the way to dallas to pick up a load. They dont even deserve one star
