I went into the store to have a single balloon inflated at 3pm on a Friday. The store associate told me they werent doing walk-in orders until 4pm. I went online Saturday morning to place an online order but regardless of my selections, the Add to Cart button would not be enabled.(I even tried selecting other items to see if i was just an issue with the balloon section.) I called the store to make an order and was told there was no way to process a phone order.The partycity.com website is awful as well. Even though I selected the filter Do not include Out of Stock, it included items that were out of stock.This store is already over priced but to have this type of customer service and a website that doesnt function correctly is less than ideal.

Wide variety of party favors for all celebrations and holidays. A little disappointed in the turning 21 section, unfortunately theres not much to choose from. Apart from that, Party City is the place to go. Prices vary. Highly recommended.

Went in to get some stuff fir my sons 2nd birthday party got most of what I needed and was happy with what I got still spent under what I set my spending goal of so it was all worth it in the end if they have what u need go there and get what u need

Do NOT buy their clear 2.5 gallon beverage dispenser. The nozzle barely lets any drink come through. Something that aint worth $5 is priced for $20.

I bought a balloon somewhere else for my sons 1st birthday party and my mother in law took it to Party City to get aired up and they overfilled and it exploded then they wouldnt give her the $8 refund for airing it up. Then she had to ask for the carcass back because they werent even going to give it back. Horrible customer service.

Way too overpriced! And they only fill the balloon up with a little bit of helium. The balloon looks small yet they charge about $2 per regular balloon with helium. No thank you. Highway robbery.

Lots of neat character stuff, pretty good prices. A little messy but the store is huge. Got a Marshall pinata for a good price along with paw patrol themed party favors. Overall pleasant experience

The man who works at the front is not helpful at all. And he’s the manager. Zero customer service skills
