We bought a 2016 Dodge Ram Harley Sport Edition from Dylan yesterday. The truck is unbelievably nice and in great shape. So comfortable and drives like a dream. This is the second vehicle I bought from them. And dealt with Dylan the first time too. After the deal I got on the Tahoe the first time, and as nice as it is, there was no question I was going back again. And after the way they took care of me I will always go back and have no need to shop around at other dealerships. You cant just find people you can trust like everyone at this place. Great financing with an awesome warranty. You just cant beat it along with the way they treat you. I will always go back whenever I want a vehicle. You talk to everyone if you are there and they are all so friendly.

Well I have to say the folks at Kent Beck Motors are straight shooters. They didn’t know but I am a service member that have been overseas for seventeen years consecutive tours, coming to Dyess AFB was due to a family emergency. I wouldn’t have a vehicle for a few months due to how things lined up. So I went into Kent Beck and explained I was looking for something used and not over 7,000.00. Right away Adrian led me to what they had and they gave me time and space, I came back and wanted an old school ford truck. They quoted me a price that was fair. I took for a test drive and it ran great, just a minor issue with the clutch which would have been a quick fix. The truck had a few more issues none of us new about. The folks at Kent Beck got everything noted that was the issue and got it fixed told me about it and were up front the entire way, honesty goes a long way. They fixed everything to the tune of 1,500.00 and kept their word on the selling price. I was and still am very grateful for the level of ethical business practiced at Kent Beck Motors! My experience buying my BMW M Coupe in October 2019 at KBM was great! We were able to agree on a great price very quickly. Adrian communicated with me throughout the process, and gave me much help with the transaction. Because I was using my credit union to finance it, there were some extra steps to take. He and the guys were efficient at getting all of their part of the process done very efficiently. He helped me arrange shipping, and even washed the car before it left. I received it and am very pleased. It is exactly as described. I would highly recommend KBM!

Had a couple bumps after the purchase but was able to get them resolvedwith the help of mr. beck himself. After finding the truck that I wanted on CarGurus, I called the dealership to confirm that the truck was still available. This was the first of many conversations I had with Dylan Huggins over the next few weeks. We went through a tough time to get the deal done, but Dylan always reassured me that they were working to get the deal done. I ended up with the truck I wanted and flew to Abilene from Colorado to pick it up. Dylan picked me up at the airport in my truck and had me drive it to the dealership to finish the paperwork, which took all of maybe 20 minutes. So Ive taken a look at the other reviews, and one thing that isnt talked about a lot is that KBM will outright buy a vehicle from you, without trading in!We were looking to sell our vehicle, and thought we would have to go all the way to a big place known for buying cars. Not only did we not have to go to Fort Worth, but when my wife went in to get info, they asked if we were just looking to sell or trade in. When we told them we were just selling not once did they try to get us to look at or buy anything on the lot. Moreover, the offer was completely fair and competitive.We worked with Mr. Kendon Draper, the Manager, and the only reason we were there for a long time was not the process of selling the vehicle (that was quick), but because we just had a great conversation with him and many of the other folks there. We are looking forward to the time when we are shopping for another vehicle, as this will be our first (and most likely only) stop.Now, there was one very minor hiccup with the paperwork, but that was fixed immediately and with sincere apology. Hey, were all human and mistakes happen, its how they are handled that sets a people-person apart from a sales-person. We went here about 3 years ago to get a car, and they really worked with us. They worked with us on credit, the down payment wasnt terrible, we even got a decent car even though it was a bit pricey. Which is to be expected from a tote the note place. During the time that we had the car, we did mess up and they worked with us on payments. They also messed up and repoed twice for lack of putting in my payment, haha everyone makes mistakes. We were able to pay the car off early, and then we went in to purchase our second car from them. The second vehicle was a cute little Chrysler. While driving, we got pulled over 7 times because the reverse lights were on and wouldnt turn off. When we took it to the shop, we found out it had wire issues and could have killed us. So they were willing to let us get a different car. It took us about a week to find a car, and we settled for a nice looking minivan for the family. Im also a delivery driver, and needed a reliable car. Because of the car issues, I have missed work several times already. We had the minivan for a week and noticed a few minor issues that we were willing to fix. The dvd player didnt work, and the automatic doors wouldnt function. My husband was taking my daughter to her job at church, and noticed that the car wasnt reversing properly and was shaking violently. We took it to AutoZone and it pulled up some codes, mainly the code transmission solenoid. We called the dealership and asked them if they could look at it, and they agreed so we took it up on a Monday. Tuesday I had to call into work, and Wednesday I decided to call them and see what the problem was. I did raise my voice because I would have to miss work again and I was panicking when I called them. I was talking to Mark during this, and when he raised his voice at me I hung up. My husband was also trying to resolve our issues with them, and had to resort to recording their conversations because of how horribly they were treating him and how they were lying to Kent Beck about what my husband was saying to them. He is ex military and hard of hearing, and often comes across as rude because he isnt able to understand people whenever they talk very quietly. Kent Beck was very understanding and kind whenever we talked to him, from what my husband understood we werent even going to get a bill because we havent even had this car for more than a week. Thursday rolls around, and they say that the car is ready. Whenever my husband went up there, he got a bill despite what he previously thought. When he asked about it, the young lady working said she didnt know and we would have to call tomorrow so he just pays it. Upon getting into the car, there is trash there that isnt ours, a seat cover is torn and the engine cover is in the backseat. He goes in with the engine cover and the young lady asked if he was the one who took it off, he just smiled and then the young lady said they were closed and practically pushed him out of the door. He went home and we look at the engine and notice that the metal hook to keep the hood up was broken, and there was a code for the radio. So he called Kent Beck and told him the problems that he was having. Kent Beck was then extremely rude and told us to just come back and return the van and that we would get out original car back. He went as far as saying that we were never allowed to shop at his establishment ever again. He did refund the money that we paid for on the van. If you are an experienced mechanic you might like this place, other than that I would steer clear. Thank you, have a nice day.
