The staff is extremely helpful, whether you know nothing about a cars audio system or you’re an expert. They have a $65 labor charge which is actually really good compared to most places. They have a great selection even despite the shortage of micro chips, which is in most components these days. I came here looking for one thing and left feeling very educated and satisfied. The staff member that helped me offered various solutions to my problem and even took the time to fully price out all of my options before I even had the chance to ask.

I went to them to do some work on my radio. They shorted out my electrical module in my truck by NOT disconnecting the battery before working on the wiring.When confronted about this, all employees got very rude and tried to say my truck wasn’t running right before I brought it to them.I have 12 codes that come up when diagnosed that shows it was their fault. Plus went to a me mechanic today that said the work audio magic did shorted out my pcm.They are refusing to pay to have my truck fixed after they messed it up

Every time I go in there they are always talking not taking their job serious and not wanting to assist me as a customer. They always have poor customer service.

Called on Thursday to make an appointment. The guy told me I did not need one so I said I would come on Tuesday. Drove 17 miles up there and the guy at the counter told me I needed an appointment. Lousy customer service.

Fast and friendly !!!I walked in told them what I needed and they got it done less than an hour and didnt ask for appointments and theyre prices are very reasonable !!!

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable an awesome deals on everything car audio. They will tell you what you need not what they sell.If you need something they dont have they will give you the the place you need to get it.

Our experience here was a great one, the guy that helped us get some answers was honest even to say that some of the subs they had upfront were cheap and only for beginners.He answered all the questions we had regarding cabin room, boxes for our trucks, best bang for our buck, and what size amp would be more than enough. My only regret is not getting his name, if you realize you arent getting good customer service it isnt him.

Honestly overpriced. You can find the same services on Facebook for half the price and equal quality. To each her/his own.

Kyle has always been friendly and super helpful and the other guys as well.. Thay did my and and subs 15 charge . My new amp and subs in my 18 scatpack and then put my stuff into my wifes 18 Silverado all fine work you get what you pay for. They havent let me down yet and if I need anything else done I will certainly go back

Took my Ford F-150 in. Needed to retain head unit thats embedded in the Ford Sync system. They suggested upgraded speakers, amp, and a subwoofer. The results are amazing. Excellent job by these folks

Hookd Me Up...

Might of been a bad day when I popped in but the customer service/etiquette was non existent. I made the one hour and so minutes drive up based on the positive reviews and this shop being the closest Pioneer dealer listed.I walked in...checked to see if they had the double din I was looking for on display which it wasnt. I walked up to the register as the employee/owner was walking to the back. While I was standing there right at the register another customer comes up with a speaker box (looked to be previously helped). Employee/owner comes back rings the guy up which was understandable but then another customer came up to pay right behind him. The thing that baffled me was there was no be with you in a minute let me get this guy real quick...nothing...a complete lack of acknowledgment that I was standing there (in front of the register) waiting to be helped.I ended up just walking out. If a customer cant even get the most common customer service/etiquette what would make a customer want to leave their car at this shop and trust it would be cared for while its getting taken apart for an install.I just ordered the HU myself and will get it installed somewhere else. This might be a good/decent shop buy in my experience...it looks like the employees need to take a class or two in customer management/interactions. Bad for business.

Very informative just a little to pricey. They are willing to help and give advice. Again, just too pricey.

Cracked my instrument panel and didn’t even screw my dash back on. I’ve called them 3 times to make it right and no reply.

Went in last week ready to blow a grand away on the spot. Stood around for 45 minutes with another person without so much as a door greeting. People sitting around everywhere wasnt even sure who to ask. Im sure they have great service, but first impression is everything.

Ive never had a problem with audio magic until today. I have spent over $1000 with this company, I had a pioneer bluetooth deck installed for $300. I had the manager work up an estimate, I told him I wanted my steering wheel functions to still work as they did before the install. After I left my steering wheel controls did not work at all, I then came back to explain my issue that I was having. He then acted very surprised that I wanted my steering wheel controls to continue to work after the install, he told me I would have to spend an additional $100 to bring back my controls. He never once tried to work with me about the problem because he had been in the business 15 years and basically doesnt make any mistakes. Whether he mis understood me or not he handled the situation very poorly. I will no longer bring my business to audio magic or recommend people doing business here. If you want things done correctly then 1st time do not bring your vehicle to audio magic!
