Horrible customer service. Nolan (who claimed to be the manager) needs extensive training regarding their company policies and how to interact with customers. I returned every item I purchased and gave my business to Academy. Wont be back and wouldnt recommend.

I went to go buy some VaporMax. I heard they were good for walking and running. The sales associate, Muhammad, showed me some pink one and they werent in my size. He then told me about a shoe called Brooks. I had never heard of them. He explained that quiet a few people like those and go in to buy them often. I decided to get them a try. These shoes feel so gr8 on my feet. I exercise and walk a lot so I think these will be good for my feet. If u are in need of some good shoes, go to Hibbets and ask for Muhammad. He wont steer u wrong. 😊

Very bad customer service returning an item, manager could use some more store policy training, but there was a young man in training and he was awesome

Lazy employees---arrived prior to closing but they refused to let us in to buy shoes because they wanted to count inventory. You dont loose out on a sale because you want to go home early. Even if the owner okd this, there was no sign on the door to inform customers. Taking my business elsewhere.

Usually dont purchase things from here because they dont provide a military discount
