Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. My son and I visited the store to purchase some Vans and Addias for him but was unsuccessful due to none of the employees wanting to help us. We were there for about 10 minutes before anyone even came from the back (which I understand they could have been retrieving shoes or something like that) but when they came out (2 people) they did not acknowledge us nor ask if we needed help. My son had a low top Checker board van and a Addias that was on sale in his hands. The two employees were deep in there personal conversation so I told my son dont worry about it will go to the main Journeys. We are not the time wasting window shoppers that they may be used to, every shoe store in the mall knows my family because we purchaes shoes consistently. We are that family that attends Sneaker Cons and all true Sneaker Heads. We purchase the Vans from Journeys and a pair of Jordan from your competitors instead of the Adidas. This is not the first time that this has happen either. --- Thank you for your time--- Disappointed Sneaker Headed.....

Sales people are extremely pushy and rude. They also ignore some people completely. Probably will not going back anytime soon.
