Over all I have had great service at this location.

Printing was extremely overpriced. They have this huge banner on the wall talking about honoring the military with at least 10 canvases of soldiers all around it but they have no military discount of any kind, even if the job is for the military. (Seems a little odd) Service was decent but I wouldnt print here again unless I had no other choice. Saw some good sales on printers so thats something.

I have used Office Depots printing service several times. The associates are always helpful and friendly. The cost of printing is very reasonable, and I am always pleased with the short amount of time it takes to get my project printed.I would have given a full five stars, if other products were more reasonably priced.

I’m thoroughly upset! I had bought a laptop from here, & they didn’t have the laptop I wanted in stock so they gave me the display laptop. Which they said they would factory reset & they didn’t do that. Also I think personally, they should’ve cleaned the laptop keyboard, touchpad, & screen considering it was a display laptop and lots of people with grubby dirty hands have touched it. They did not. They did not have the decency or respect for me as a customer. Truly disappointed. Now I’m stuck with a laptop I can barely utilize because it’s still on display settings.

I stop by here for a few minutes to pick up some batteries and a couple of other items that I need. All of the staff members were enthusiastically helpful and kind today. You can feel the fun, team working atmosphere as you walk through the doors where you are greeted by each team member that sees you. They all also ask Do you need any assistance? If you reply No or anything to its effect, their reply to you is If you find you need assistance, just let me know. I have always had great experiences with the staff at this location and continue to come back whenever I need office supplies or print services. But sometimes the cashier is slower than usual, so dont get upset...

Got a my chores chart for my daughter and used my dads rewards points and I didnt have to pay. Shop from them often enough and you qualify for 5% in rewards on ink, toner, paper, print/copy/ship services plus a special birthday offer. Its a VIP rewards status

You are greeted as you walk in the door. Staff is knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I have shopped at this store for years and will continue to do so!
