I called Veterans Garage Door of Abilene at 8:00 AM, Tuesday Morning. It was the day after labor day weekend. I spoke with a very polite and respectful person (wish I could remember her name) in the office, and I explained to her that we lived 60 miles from Abilene and our garage door spring had broken and could not get the car out of the garage. She was very professional and courtesy in our conversation. She ask if I could give her a moment to look over their schedule for the day and return my call. She returned the call very promptly and let me know they would have someone over to get the door fixed shortly after lunch the same day.......... Tyler, from Veterans Garage Door, notified me by phone when he was leaving Abilene just after lunch. He arrived and he was very courtesy and professional and repaired the garage door very quickly. In our opinion, this is a top notch, customer oriented, friendly and appreciative company, that seems to be very rare to find in this time and age. I had this organization come out to replace my garage door that was in bad shape. They assessed the damages and the folks were very nice but was told it would take 4 weeks. No problem, I understand. However here we are a few weeks in and I have a catastrophic failure. I called the emergency line and told theyre closed until Tuesday. Sounded like the technician was having a great time out to eat somewhere and simply didnt have time for my issue. If its an emergency line then why offer it if the answer is were closed? Horrible customer service and Id rather do business with an organization that cares about their customers.

Our garage door spring broke and needed to be replaced. I called on a Monday morning and they managed to find a way to fit us in the same day. The techs came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Wonderful service will be using them again.

I called Veterans Garage Door shortly after they opened and they were able to be at my house a few hours later. I was really surprised since most places take a couple days at least. They had my garage door spring changed out in less than 30 minutes. The gentlemen that showed up were very friendly and professional. They even lubed up the tracks and spring when done. The price for parts and labor were very reasonable. I have not dealt with any other garage door company but my experience with Veterans was so great that I will only be calling them for future needs!

These guys are awesome! Our garage door broke during a winter storm. They came out first thing in the morning in freezing cold temperatures with tons of snow and ice. They were very professional and fixed it in a timely manner. The prices are very fair and well definitely use them again if needed!

We had a very unique situation at hand with a garage door from the 80s that had been taken down during a remodel and not reinstalled and the home being part of an estate for a deceased family member. We called over ten companies and couldnt get anyone to return calls or show up as promised, despite our willingness to pay for any unusual inconveniences. A friend recommended Veterans and they have absolutely saved the day. Their receptionist is phenomenal. She calls back when she says, does what she says, and made sure everything was handled very promptly. The difference in customer service between this company and others is night and day. I would HIGHLY recommend this crew for whatever your garage door needs may be!

Fast install of two garage doors for my neighbor. A few months later, the anchor bracket on the garage header started to come loose, threatening to drop the track onto the floor - or people, or any vehicle parked in the garage. On inspection, I found that the two lag bolts had MISSED the 2x4 header almost completely and the bracket was being held by drywall.Neighbor called Veterans and asked for a fix for this DEFECTIVE INSTALLATION.Their response: its a $150.00 service call. Not their fault - its a kit. Really? Its a kit that their service tech installed incompetently and UNSAFELY. Took me all of 5 minutes to shift the bracket and drive slightly longer lag bolts into the header for a solid install.Being a Vietnam-era vet, and having recommended this company to my neighbor, I expected some kind of pride in their craftsmanship. At least an acceptance of responsibility for a defective install. Wrong again.Wont be recommending them any more.

Professional service from the start. The lady I spoke to on the phone was able to get a team of techs out the same day (within one hour). The two techs that arrived were knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. When they were finished they shared some great info on how to properly maintain the door and it’s components. On top of all that, they gave a military discount without me having to ask. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who’s garage door needs attention. Thanks for the great service guys!

Veterans garage door company installed our gate openers around 9 years ago and they have worked perfect until a few days ago. I contacted Matt their gate installer and he was extremely helpful! Abel came and assessed the garage damage last week. He was very friendly and professional. Jessica the Administrative Assistant ordered the door and scheduled the techs that came out today. The techs Matt and Philip were very friendly, professional, hardworking, and did the job in a very timely manner. Overall the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial needs.

Veteran’s quoted and installed a new door for me in November 2018. Their service was top notch! Just today, I had an issue with the door coming out of the track. They sent a service tech out within a couple hours of my phone call and, despite being out of my 1-year warranty by a few days, they fixed it for free anyway. This company stands by theIr products and service and that’s why I’ll be a customer for life.

Amazing Customer Service! Starting from the lady I spoke with on the phone to the techs. Guy came out and measured my door and ordered one. Two days later Philip and another tech came out install my door to perfection. They texted me the day before the next day and when they were on their way. Called Veterans Garage Door to repair broken spring on Tuesday, was told they would repair same day, but someone would call me before they came over to replace the spring. Price quoted was $171.00. No call Tuesday. I called back Wed, was told they were busy but someone would call. No, call Wed. I called back today lady says they are busy but someone will call, so I called All American Doors, lady told me they do new installations in the morning and repairs in the afternoon. She said my spring would be replaced today. I got a call at 3pm meet techs at my house and they completed job by 4pm, same day service all for $146.76, quick response and great service AND THEY CALLED!!!

I had a great experience with Veterans Garage Door. I called at 4:15 on a Monday afternoon, and my garage door was fixed (broken spring) by 1:00 pm the next day for $171.06. The receptionist who took the call was very friendly, and the technician who did the repair, Alan, was so polite and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Matt is the most thoughtful and kind person. He came to house in the very coldest of weather the first time the oroblem wasnt found. He kept coming until he found the problem. I highly recommend this person and this company.

Called this company on April 2nd because my garage door opener quit working. They sent out two techs that confirmed the garage door opener needed replaced and said they needed to go back to the office and order one. I followed-up on April 6th and asked if everything was set since I havent heard anything after the techs left my residence. The lady reassured me that I would be placed on the schedule. I called again on April 25th because yet again Ive heard nothing. The lady said that she would put me on the schedule for that day and even called me back to make sure they sent the garage door opener I wanted with the techs. So here it is April 28th and still nothing. Went to Lowes on May 2nd and the Technicians contracted through Lowes installed a new opener on the 3rd. Guess I should have done that a month ago.
