Bought a Skag mower and some Echo battery powered tools from these guys and it was a great experience all around. Super nice guys and very helpful when it came to picking out the right mower, and man did I get an awesome mower. Skag Patriot, 52 with the Kawasaki twin cylinder engine. Sweet ride. The young man that delivered it was a great dude too. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Lane.

David Hamilton and his team always treat their customers like family. Its rare to get high end treatment and patience like that anywhere. If you need something they will tell you the best and why, not just the highest sale. You can bet on it!

I was told that my chain saw chains would be sharpened and ready in a couple of days and I would be called when they were ready. I ended up calling 13 days later and was told they were being done as we speak. Kind of makes me wonder how many times they were put aside because I wasnt pushing to get them done and if I would still be waiting if I hadnt called. I know yall are busy because youre good at what you do....but when you tell someone something I would think you would what you said you would do. Nuff said.

7/6/20 my dad always went here for his lawnmower needs, & been here myself a couple times before today. My dad’s lawnmower wouldn’t start again so since idk how long it was since it was serviced I purchased everything including the blades. Very helpful very friendly very professional & knowledgeable. Most definitely will be back as they are the only one that I can trust

The least helpful people on the planet. I guess due to a limited market in Abilene, they survive by demand. Smith on Butternut is a billion times more helpful and friendly.

Every time i walk in they are nothing but rude. Younger guy with a beard acts like is a issue looking for a part that i placed on hold. And then argued with me that i ordered the wrong part even when i gave them the part number. I will start ordering my parts online instead of dealing with them.

I have seen soooo many negative comments about this company and it Is all BS. There are few reputable law care mechanic workshops in Abilene, And your going to complain about the busy one?? Maybe you shouldnt have waited til the last minute. Just like your car..... if they happen to see one problem and when they get into it, see more... do you want those fixed or do you want to bring it back a couple more times.... Gimme a break!!!!!

I have friends that bought a riding mower from Tractor Supply. (Cost of Riding Mower brand New was 1295)It came with a 2 year guarantee warrantee)Friends could not get it started after owning it for about 1 year and 10 months so tractor supply had them take it to HAMILTON SUPPLY to have it looked at.HAMILTON SUPPLY kept the mower for right at 2 months. Just enough time for warrantee to run out. Then told the owners that the mower needed a new motor. ( cost for New motor 1,395 )What Hamilton supply had done was absolutely nothing but poor oil down the air intake to make it look like the motor was using oil and had gone bad. LolSo my friends picked up the mower and took it to a friends shop for a second opinion.He cleaned it up and got the mower running and mowing in 30 minutes.Absolutely nothing wrong with the original motor. The shop charged my friends just 30$ for the labor to get the mower running again.( is there something wrong with this picture or what) my friends are in there 70s.I shop a lot at Tractor SUPPLY in Abilene.I believe it would do them justice to find a shop other than HAMILTON SUPPLY to fix their warrantee equipment and I dont think I would ever use HAMILTON SUPPLY.But that just my opinion

I have cub cadet zero steer mower . I called for a appointment to fix my mower . the man in service told me it might take 1 or 2 weeks to get in and told me I could try some seafoam additive . it fixed my mower for less than $15.00 . they were helpful and honest with me .GOOD JOB WILL BUY MY NENT MOWER AT HAMILTONS SUPPLY
