Over the phone seemed pretty nice; but in person, kind of blunt. He came in to our home not wearing a mask; unbelievable. He apologized and started talking into his coat sleeve. Nothing wrong with heater, but he will keep ticket open for a few days. That was nice.

Guy came out on time and did a great job. We have him check ac and heater every year. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! Great service and so easy to deal with! Ben does a great job keeping his crews organized and available. Even on short notice I had a technician knocking on my door in well under 2 hours (that’s warp speed in TX for August HVAC response times). Josh was a spectacular technician, and he had us fixed up in less than an hour. I can’t say enough good things about Precision Unlimited. Precision Unlimited is AWESOME!!! My husband and I live in a different state but own a house in Abilene. We called with problems on one of our units. Josh was at the home within the hour and had it fixed up....ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! I’m so thankful for Josh! He has my future business and you should give him a call!!!

Had trouble with my AC unit cooling over memorial weekend, with predicted temperatures well over 100 for the rest of the week. I called around 8 am Tuesday morning and had a service technician in my home by 10 am. He was professional, explained the problem so I could understand the issues, and did not try to push me to buy a new unit. I was pleased with the price. Very reasonable!!I will use them when it is time to replace my unit.

I was at Johnstone supply for filters when a truck from this company license plate hnx 8450 pulled in. I asked the guy for a business card and he looked at me like I was begging for money, he didnt even answer. I asked again and he didnt answer so I asked you do ac work right? And he said I dont have any cards. I got in my car and he said something to the Johnstone supply store and looked at me again and smiled like I was less than dirt. I know I wont be calling this company.

Long story short; my outdoor A/C unit kept stalling and it wasn’t cooling inside my apt. Rudy came out, replaced my fan motor, and the A/C worked over night but that’s it. Turns out the fan motor was still overheating. 2 days later he brought Mike with him, but they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. So I called a guy from Bevills who came out and figured out the problem right away - there was a black wire hooked where a red wire should’ve been and the fan was running at the wrong speed all this time causing it to overheat. I guess two heads aren’t better than one.

It is so nice to find a company and employees that are honest and helpful. Tyler Walters is wonderful and Daniel fixed me up. We had used Mike Tschaar and he basically committed fraud and tried to sell me something that I did not need. I really appreciate a good company with honest employees. Thank you again. USE PERCISION UNLIMITED. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. LOVE YALL....

Pleased with how quick someone was able to come out and repair my A/C.

Bought a new Lennox AC unit and solar panels from them in 2012. After 2014 I had to have my roof replaced in which they sent a person to supervise the reinstallation of my solar panels. The solar panels have not worked since. Ive been contacting them for the past 2 years to come look at them with no response from them. This last August the 5 year old heat exchanger turned into a pile of rust in my attic. The part was under warranty and a class action lawsuit had been filed over the part. So the part was replaced and Precision handed me a bill for just a little over $500 for a part that didnt even make half of its expected life time. My firm opinion at this point is not to do business with them or buy any Lennox products.
