Was kept up to date on the status of the purchase by the GM himself since it wasnt in stock. They delivered on all of their promises. I will be a returning customer. Very satisfied!

I bought a Mule here. I would give these guys five stars because they did what they said and got me what I needed. But it sounded like if I had backed out of buying the Mule after I said I would take it that they wouldve charge me for it. This wasnt a special order side x side that they got just for me. So as long as you know for sure youre going to buy it this place is great. If youre not sure dont give them your credit card number.

Quality run organization, they did everything they said they would and more. I will be telling all my friends of the great experience I had with Kerry and Josh at Crown Powersports. Oh and I just love my CF-Moto!!!!!!

I have visited the new store several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. I understand new management is sometime tricky, but these folks are amazing!

Brought in my Kawasaki that was having electrical issues, the engine would shut off at random. I noted that previous years of the same model had a recall due to the same issue. They did not want to hear that, they said that issue does not matter. Could not figure out why it was shutting off but they would not check the older models recall. They said if if happens again just bring it back, why? So they could not do their job again? Sold the bike, never go to this place.

First let me say, I only got a quote from here. I’m not the type to leave bad reviews and rarely do. Since this review is based on a quote over the phone(and being the only review), I left 4 stars, as to not hurt the rating so bad on Google, but I would rate my experience around 2-3 stars.$100/ service hour is nothing unheard of, but after getting a quote for new fork seals(on a 2013 CBR500R) the price was more expensive than a Honda dealership. I had hope for this place after MAXs got taken over but, if anything, prices went up. I will say the gentleman I spoke with in service dept was patient and helpful, despite the prices.They quoted out the door: $380-420So, 3 Serv/hour(may be a flat rate for fork seals): $300Parts-~$70Fork seals(2) (MAX $ For set incl. tax):$36Oil (2q) (max $16/q (they aren’t using AMS oil)):$35This is the absolute max cost I could come up with, which is expected for the parts, but simply does not require 3 hours even at dealership service speeds(if it is indeed a flat rate of 300 regardless, thats just ridiculous even for a dealership). If done myself the cost would be $66.78 before tax, I know you cant compare diy cost to dealer service, but its insane for an additional 300. Especially when I went elsewhere in town and spent (with OEM parts and AMS oil) $180!Better off going to your actual dealership for service with service cost like this. Or other Motorcycle shops in town.
