CLEAN UP THE TRASH OUTSIDE, it’s always there. I will not return this franchise ever again. I didn’t realize I had to print my labels to return to Amazon. I had a choice of emailing it then and paying $4 per printed page!!! Or print it there and $2 per page!!! This rate is not a UPS standard this is set by the franchise owner. And it is grossly taking advantage of people!!! So I left and I’ll take it to a different UPS under different ownership where I do my printing.
These people are always Prompt and friendly.It is a pleasure to go and ship items!They treatYou like they want to be there rather than they have to be there.
I really enjoy going to the UPS store on Catclaw drive. They’re always friendly, patient, and kind regardless of the time of day I visit. I can only imagine how many Amazon returns they must get every day. However, every time I go in, they make me feel like my package has been the first one they got that day. The staff is always helpful and professional and never appears to be overwhelmed or out of sorts despite their staffing issues. The fact that this is a female owned business is the icing on the cake for me. Way to go!

The UPS store on catclaw drive has the friendliest staff of any place Ive ever experienced. Its such a convenience to not only have a mailbox but package delivery service. Its very economical and the friendly people make it a joy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for mail service.

That is poor service this store, i went to post my parcel for ups and they try to make in usps, whatever they make more money but my parcel came late. so dont trust this people. go other place better

Well it has been almost 4 months since the ups driver kept my new luggage that I ordered. He said he delivered it to my front door on 12-3-19 at 7.30PM . Interestingly enough my wife was sitting at her desk all evening that day with the window open. This window is about 2 feet from the front door. She worked at her desk all day long so she would not miss the delivery. It never showed up. The driver said it did. Ups has done absolutely nothing about this issue. I bet that driver did not have to buy very many Christmas gifts last year if any. He scans it as being delivered. Takes it home and nothing is said or done about it. They have a pretty good scam going I will give them that.
I appreciate how helpful the manager was. I needed to print a label, had some trouble figuring it out, the manager was patient and very kind to a technology challenged customer. Thank you and I will go to this location again.

I never write reviews but I had to comment- This place is horrible. The staff lied and was incredibly rude to me over a mistake they made, that they never made right. I ended up losing a lot of money. I wouldnt take my chances with this place. I had heard from a friend that the guy working here makes women uncomfortable but I didnt judge until I experienced this store myself. Take your business elsewhere!

Avoid this UPS store at all cost!!! The (rude) manager Roy would not help me with tracking a package. I handed him my receipt and said it was stuck in Lenexa Kansas and his answer was...so if you know where it is why are you asking me.It had been in Lenexa for 10 days and he said once it leaves his store he is not responsible! He said he is just a franchisee and has no responsibility once it leaves his store and I would have to contact amazon. He got angry when I re-stated...your telling me you have no responsibility. It ended with him telling me never to come to his store again and find another location to ship from. Yelling and waving his hands!!!I will file this complaint as high up as I can with UPS. Over the last 10 years I have used this location to drop off packages, ship including having them package for me, notarize, make copies, make custom raffle tickets.... they are the exact definition of their work component, and they function as a team. Additionally they are community centric and support BSA, local military members and organizations as well as the agricultural society around Abilene. They work to keep their purchasing local when possible, and are great at what they do!Their best interest is in keeping your shipments secure and safe, I have witnessed them repack delicates and valuables to ensure they are not damaged.I HIGHLY recommend them, they also embody the tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.
Dropped off an Amazon return but my husband failed to get a receipt. The return never made it to Amazon. Someone at this store is enjoying my returned solar fountain... I will never use this store again!! 🤬
I have to say, The Employees at The UPS STORE on Catclaw in Abilene, Tx. Are a Joy to do Business with. They are the friendliest and most Helpful People I have ever experienced .I do a lot of shipping and They are Number One in May Book. We have done business with this store for years and they have always been so good to us! From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome, they know our name and have all our frequent shipping addresses saved, which is a huge plus for me!! We pay a little extra to have them pack and ship everything for us, but hey, its worth it, to know it is done right!!

Kelly and the staff at the Catclaw store are ALWAYS very HELPFUL. We ship our grass fed beef through this outlet, and their services make my job of getting our orders on the way much easier. I bring our boxes in all ready to go...forgot some of our paperwork which belongs IN the box...put it in, they are Johnny on the sopt with the shipping tape, or help bringing in the orders from the truck..just plain ol good service! Thank you! Update in October, 2020 - this UPS store ALWAYS provides excellent service!!!
Guys dont care. Got there at 5:55 and told me they were closed. Store officially closes at 6:00 but they couldnt spare 5 minutes. Thanks for caring about your customers. Not.

Service at this location was good. UPS corporate however does not stand by their guarantee. I shipped a package to my girlfriend in Australia, (a one of a kind ceramic) it was wrapped differently than when I packed it, and broken into several pieces. The contact address on the website led to a person who instructed me to file a complaint with USPS, and that they arent responsible for shipping it....The website however says, we pack it, we ship it, we guarantee it. Complete, total lie, and waste of $150.00. That also comes out to vandalism, and theft of services, but whos counting. Crooks

Notary is useless. Refused to to notorize because she statest she did not know the law pertaining to the heirs hip for motor vehicle. Told us to go to motor vehicle place and see what they said. I explained to her that the paper came from there. She says she has the right to refuse and did refuse. I told her if she read the paper she would be able to understand why we were there. She was having none of it and still refused. Ridiculous and not good business.
I dont really know what to say but not very responsible. My fiance had them pack and ship my engagement ring to the warranty company on monday 11 Jan 16, the warranty company received the package with nothing inside but the packing paper! The warranty company checked the box for tampering and reviewed their security footage and the box was not tampered with and there was nothing in the box but paper. Went to the UPS store where worker called manager and we were told you have to file a claim with UPS. Its funny the guy that helped my fiance wasnt there but another guy remembers packing the box, but where is my ring? Last place it was seen and handled was at the UPS store on Catclaw Dr. I will stick to using the post office from now on.
