Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! I ordered rose quartz rune stones and they are AMAZING quality! Someone contacted me personally via email and I felt like they really cared about making sure I was happy and that I knew manufacturing time would be a bit (it was very nice to be keep in the loop!). It arrived and even came with a free crystal!! Absolutely wonderful- will be shopping here again! (My camera doesn’t do the color of the stones justice)

Ok- dont get me wrong, I am thrilled to have a metaphysical store in such a close, convenient location. This store is filled with rare items. Lots of crystals, tarot & oracle cards, crystal jewelry, statues, knickknacks, candles, the list goes on & on. The prices are pretty high though. Especially when you pay $20.- for a man made crystal & black rope chain, only for it to fall off my neck the very same day I bought it!-I was a customer in this store 2 days in a row, 3 times alone just this week!And spent almost $200.- here.When returning to the store to buy a new pendent, due to the last one falling off my neck, the very same day I bought it. I proceeded to tell the both of the owners the story of what had happened with my necklace and was basically given a, that shouldnt happen...well thanks for letting me know, & proceeded to chargee full price AGAIN. When I reminded him that I had been in the store 3 times alone this week, the owner basically ignored me.. ?It was then when I saw the tiny sign, literally down by your feet, at the register. Thw sign states- No returns, refunds, or exchanges, on any items.Some of the items in this store, are hundreds of dollars!- To see how they purposely seemed to, hide, the sign about no returns etc etc, was a huge turn off.To see the lack of care whatsoever, by the owners, that my item I bought in that same day, had fallen right off my neck.. Was well, to say the least, irritating.They do not stand behind their products or the quality of their products. Nor do they care too much about their regular customers, who shop and BUY, regularly in their store.. ?Its a cool, unique store..Just basically need to work on their customer service it seems?

Today I went to Cast A Stone and had a wonderful experience! I was specifically looking for rose quartz to help open my heart chakra. The employees were extremely helpful. They told me all about different stones and what they were used for. I ended up getting 5 stones, 2 candles, and 2 candle holders all for just $38!!! The prices are fantastic. Overall the shop is warm, inviting, and beautiful. There is so much to choose from! They have a great selection. I recommend you come and I will definitely be returning!

Honestly the best spiritual store I have ever been to!! Not only are their prices beyond reasonable, the owners and employees are extremely welcoming and make you feel like honored guests in their cozy shop. Not to mention how knowledgeable they are about everything from their stones to their rune sets to their candles, to their tarot and oracle cards. If you have any questions, they can probably answer your curiosity and then some!!The set up of the shop is so endearing and there are so many things to go through! Great selection and a welcoming staff

I came in here looking for calm from the craziness of the world, and I found whimsy and serenity! The owners were great! They pointed out some fun statuettes to put around the house when i want a reminder that the world isnt all that bad, after one of the tough days in customer service. They also hand-selected healing stones and crystals that I can carry in my pocket at work. So far, its all worked to my benefit and I’m living way more stress-free than I have ever known! Cannot sing their praises enough!

They had so many non-floral candles and incense here! With my floral allergy, really good scents are tough to find, but they had everything you could possibly imagine! They had every thing that a fan of fantasy books and lore could possibly want! Beyond that, there were amazing witch ball varieties hanging in the windows, that I couldn’t help but buy! Spectacular boutique. Its your loss if you miss out on stopping by!

If I could give -0- stars I would. Stay away from this store. They took my money quickly enough when I ordered online; however, they did not deliver the product within the stated time-frame. They also didnt answer their business phone when I called or return my voice-mail or respond to my email - until my bank got involved. I had to get a refund through my bank. And, all I got was one excuse after another for why they couldnt provide the product I ordered. I will be getting my stones elsewhere.
