Couldn’t say enough good things about the customer service techs there. They will literally help you through set up, erasing old devices, implementing Hulu (and other service) etc, promotions….you name it.I’m grateful for all of their patience, knowledge and kindness they’ve showed me. Unlike some places, they are not the kind of techs that make you feel incompetent. They take the time to show you what you need to know.Lastly, their multi-tasking skills are bar none. I’ve seen the techs help multiple people at once with patience and common courtesy.Thanks Craig. Kudos.

Ryan was very busy today and in the store by himself but we were impressed by his poise, customer service acumen and willingness to be straightforward, honest and helpful. It’s not an easy job and Verizon is very lucky to have people like him putting themselves into their work fully.

We arrived at 11 am on a Sunday. There was one sloppy employee working with another couple of people. No name tag. We sat for 30 minutes waiting to be helped and that was the only employee. None of the phones have prices listed. That seems shady. Lastly, my toddler had to use the bathroom. When I asked if she could use their bathroom the employee mumbled something about a security camera getting tripped if anyone other than him used the bathroom. Ok guy, we were going to patiently wait for over 30 minutes to try to buy $2k worth of phones and sign up for a family plan, but youre more concerned about a mission impossible style bathroom camera. Over to the well staffed store in Hanover instead.
