Huge disappointment compared to previous years. For years this store was my go to place for unique decorations and it helped get me in the holiday spirit. While always expensive it is now overpriced with barely any new offerings. Same trees, by the same manufacturer can be purchased at both Amazon and Walmart at a fraction of the cost. Store was packed wall to wall with customers with no care to social distancing.

I absolutely love The Christmas Place. Everyone is so polite. They know how to put you in the Christmas mood, and make you feel like a child again! I love bringing my grandchildren there, and seeing the expressions on their faces as they explore this store, we look forward to visiting every year, and we love the memories

A friend and I went today, first time for both. While some things, especially the trees were pricey, a great place. Definitely puts you in the Christmas spirit. Yes, I left there with far more than I planned to!!!

We love the Christmas Place! Its a must for anyone in the area who enjoys Christmas. Every year we come and enjoy the atmosphere, photo opportunities, food and lights. They sell almost any Xmas decoration you can think of. Its a great place to spend time with the family and you dont have to buy anything if you do not want. They have Santa for photos ($), and a little cafe. The fudge is amazing! Just love this place.

This place was so much fun! My first time going and it was great to walk around and look at all the amazing decorations! I was able to get an ornament customized to give to my nephew for his first christmas this year.

Love just looking around at of the displays. Perfect for all ages and filled with Christmas cheer!!!!! A little on pricey side, but lots of good quality selection.

First visit to this place and it was so fun. More Christmas ornaments then Ive seen in one place. You can pay for a picture with Santa or just sit on his lap for free (no photos allowed.) Theres a room full of Christmas trees and only lights on them, my four-year-old loved them. We also enjoyed a nice homemade gingerbread man at the cafe. We also enjoyed seeing all the little Christmas villages.

Family tradition. Fun displays, pretty great options for all your decorations, albeit pricey, and the best Playmobil display youll ever see.

Cute store, nice verity of Christmas items. Fun for the kids! I did not care for the fact that you had to pay for a package for pictures with Santa. I would have preferred to take it with my phone or paid like $5 for just a picture. $20 something for pictures isnt worth it. The Santa set up is very cute though.

The store has a lot of options and is overall a very clean store and has a variety of decor. My only issue is that the figurines are majority white. Christmas is not a white holiday and there are many people of different racial and ethnic backgrounds that celebrate this holiday—be more inclusive. Have Santa Clauses and or angel’s of different races etc.What message are you sending to consumers of color? Maybe this is the message you want to send and if so and just place a sign outside the door stating so. Very poor message to send to children.

This place is so cute. The Playmobil display out front is amazing and inside there are tons of Christmas ornaments and trees and decorations. They also have pictures with Santa and a little cafe area with fudge and hot drinks and cookies. Its a great place to go with kids around the holidays.

A great yearly tradition to visit before Christmas. Its a seasonal store but worth the wait. Pricey but has ornaments and decor you wont see at other local brick and mortar stores.

I dont always spend money there but I just love the attention to detail all over the store. From the snack stand with fudge cocoa and hot dogs to the elves on the bar doing flips to the display santa telling Christmas stories this place is enchanting. People with allergies beware though this place can be rough on your allergies due to the carpeting and some of the antique displays. Love this place !

Such a beautiful store with a great ornament selection. We purchased our Christmas tree here over 5 years ago and the lights still work! cute fudge counter, pics with Santa and a dancing penguin band. My daughter loves it!

If you need Christmas stuff, this is the place. Kind of ridiculous how much they have. Plus Santa is there doing pictures and listening to childrens wish lists. Lots of miniature displays using Playmobil brands toy sets. And an entire town/city in an enclosed glass room for the kids and adults to marvel at. Its one of those places that has everything.

Nice place, has lots of Christmas decorations,trees, a small cafe, a fudge shop, pictures with Santa Claus and such. Traffic can be busy on the weekends but be prepared. Prices here are sky high.

It is a fun store with lots of Christmas items. I dont find the prices as expensive as other seasonal stores but certainly more than Target or Walmart. My biggest complaint and this is mainly my fault for not realizing it but they are not open after Christmas and if you buy a Christmas present you cannot return it. I understand not being able to return Christmas decorations or lights but I bought a Department 56 house and didnt know the person already had it. I would have gladly just exchanged it for another but now I am stuck with a house that I dont need and still have to get that person another present. Again, my fault for not realizing their policy but I wont shop there again as that would be my main reason for going. Looks like it will be Amazon for Department 56 houses from now on.

We go every year. Place is always packed but still very enjoyable to take kids too. Be weary their pricing to sit with santa is kinda high for a basic average photo. It starts at like $28. Staff is always nice here and the little cafe is adorable and great.

A great place to spread the Christmas Cheer! so many cool things to look at and buy. some of it is expensive but it is a great place to go. You can meet Santa and there are many kid friendly displays of lights, trees, pumpkins and even moving characters.

Best Christmas store on the South Shore. We wait every year for it to open. And this year there were a lot of changes inside that really made a difference with foot traffic flow. It seems they went all in this year with custom ornaments that you can have names put on right in front of you.

Rip off central. Bought an $800 pre-lit tree and it worked for ONE SEASON. Store had no solution. Bought a $30 LED canvas picture... stopped working after ONE NIGHT! It’s like they sell used items. Manger said “too bad.” Terrible service and overpriced broken goods! What a waste. Order online at AMAZON. Better return policies on broken items.

They have everything from nutcrackers to polar Bears and angels to everything snowy and soft and plush things for the bling every kind of charm or ornament you can think of. Nativity statues in all sizes Ive seen huge one thats about 3 feet for outdoors to tiny ones you can display in your home lots of variety in that as well, theres an area where Santa takes pictures the kids theres a huge area of Christmas trees lots of variety tree designs to choose from they play nice music cool little 3D glasses for a dollar the kids can wear and see random images on the Christmas lights the place smells of pine theres a public restroom theres a place to eat grab some coffee. Lots and lots of cool unique decorative Christmas items for inside and outside your home as well. Ive also seen random items not christmas-related like little kid rocking chairs wooden toys and some knickknacks of all sorts. Oh and I totally forgot this area of singing dancing blow up penguins in a snowy environment the kids loved it they moved about with the music very cute
