We just had Platinum Granite & Marble install quartz countertops in our renovated kitchen and it was by far the best experience. Rick, Julio and Moe (The Platinum Team) were all so professional, accommodating and attentive that it made the process easy and a pleasure. They stand bytheir product and offer amazing customer service. We are so lucky to have found them!!!!

Platinum Granite and Marble are outstanding! From the first phone call to my visit and the delivery of the product. Its a family owned business and they are all so helpful and great to talk to. We are so happy with our granite counters and have noticed a huge difference in our friends and families jobs from other companies. Platinum makes sure that all the flow of the counter matches up in the same direction. They put a seam under the kitchen sink so that you do not even see it! Our friends and families granite did not look so professional as our job done by Platinum! What initially had me hire them is that they were so reasonably priced and seem to give you more time and information on the telephone than anyone else. Top Notch Company for sure! As a contractor I had then do six kitchens for me and there working on my home this week great work great price I like working with Julio

I had my kitchen counters done. I liked the price, but now I egret hiring them. They do not actually fabricate their own counters, so thing went wrong. The sink was cut in wrong spot. Faucet holes were off center and wrong diameter. The edges were wavy and not true. The counter top was not glued to cabinets but left sitting on top. The seams were rough and backsplash did not matched with counter pattern. When complaining about gross poor craftsmanship and errors, they were very arrogant about the whole thing and still wanted full payment. They took me to collection with a lawyer, but they still lost. Be careful.

Excellent customer service - excellent product - excellent workmanship. I just had quartz countertops installed in my kitchen by Platinum Granite & Marble. My experience has been nothing less than stellar - from Bruna quickly providing me with multiple quotes for several options I was considering, to communication regarding installation, to quick service and to excellent, professional installers - I was impressed every step of the way. I recommend this company without hesitation to anyone looking to install new countertops
