Had a new incredible heating system installed at my home with new fuel tank today. Early delivery of materials followed by professional technicians that have done a clean and well executed piping of the system. All the workers have shown clear respect and professionalism for our home leaving a clean work area and picturesque heating system. Thank you to Sarah and her team. I have used Duval oil for my deliveries and service and always on time and accommodating.

I have been a customer for abouut 30 years and have no complaints. T.hey are on time every time and the prices are as good if not better than anyone else in the area.The only concern I have is that they do not have a yearly repair contract which would make me feel a lot more comfortable.

I am writing to express my gratitude to this company. To be honest at the time of my first contact, I, wasnt, even a customer but I am now.We heat our home with oil and have an outside tank. Its always something to worry about in the winter because the lines freeze.My husband got sick and needed to have surgery, naturally my attention was elsewhere so the fact that we were facing two days of freezing weather and me with just a half a tank of oil, well you can guess my panic when I realized the situation.I had already ordered from ordermyoil.com and they are pretty good at what they do but when I am trying to reach them on Thursday for a Friday fill instead of tuesday...there just wasn.t anyone to talk to. I did send an email, they did reply and said Monday was as good as it could get.I understand and was talking to a friend who recommended Duval. I wrote an email through the web site. Bill called me in a short amount of time. He said he would come out if I needed but he gave me a couple of solutions and recommendations. This man even gave me his direct number in case his suggestions failed.I was so impressed. The other company is fine and the prices are good, but when you really need someone...you need someone and the service at Duval is above and beyond. From now on this is the level of service my family needs in our livesThank you Duval Oil

Switched parents to Ken Duval Oil and needed a delivery asap.Thinking it would take at least a day I was shocked they delivered within hours.Very helpful and personable staff.Highly recommend!!!

The service technician that was dispatched to my house was very helpful the last 2 service calls.The operator on the customer service line of things was not. He quite literally hung up on me without even a goodbye- quite rude. I called another local oil provider-much better custoemr service as well as they will they allow me to be billed with a net 30 days to remit payment (vs. Ken Duval who demanded cash on hand). This is a big benefit to the customerThe only stars they get is for their service technician who was friendly and knowledgeable- wish I could give him more credit.

Realized we were out of oil at 1pm on a Saturday when were going to have freezing cold weather the next day. The answering service got in touch with them and they were able to call someone in to get my oil delivered that afternoon! Great service! Very appreciative of them going out of their way to keep us warm! Thank you!

THIS COMPANY DISPATCHED A CREW TO SERVICE MY HOME. AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THERE OTHER COMPANY. THEY WERE UNPREPARED AND RUDE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS LAUGHABLE. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET THEM TO PULL PERMITS TOO. DO NOT USE.
