I have ordered from this company several times and always received good service until this last order. On 25 June, I ordered Japanese Beetle traps and got a confirmation number the same day. After two weeks, I had no traps and no response from the company. Over the next three weeks, I sent several email and left six voice mail messages. All without response. Best price for the product is worthless if they do not honor their orders.
