I like this stop and shop always see a couple faces that have been there for ages n I love that, people that show up to work and stay consistent rock in my eyes. Tells me your loyal I can rock with that. So glad they updated their self-scans, thank you y’all actually listened to my previous review, although didn’t know you could review same place twice? Thought only edit a review? Either way, I’m grateful to have at least one stop and shop in Brockton. Only see these bomb bundles of joy that melt in your mouth at stop n shop, n I get around.

Customer service is always great and the store is always stocked and clean. I did the curbside pickup today for the first time and I wish I started doing this sooner!

The store has been renew and looks great, well/now the only thing annoying is looking for your items because everything has been moved however I love how they arranged the fruits and vegetables looks great and the Bakery section looks spectacular and those beautiful cakes calls your name yummy 😋😋 I will suggest make bigger signs for the isles since everything has been changed.

People were Soo nice and asked if I needed help finding anything. And open late at night, so I can go food shopping after my kids are in bed!

The produce has gone downhill over the years and anything fresh doesnt last the week. Ive given up on shopping there unless its cans/box or frozen

Good selection of products, from produce to canned goods. However they didnt have certain items, like sugar free popsicles, and the lettuce in the bags were kind of browning. Other than that its okay. The cashier was not very friendly, but she was efficient. Probably will return.

Once again I had to bag my own groceries. While my wife paid, the cashier (older woman) she watched me bag my own groceries, instead of doing her job and bagging them, or at least helping!!

Terrible experience!!! I went to go get supplies for my creamy delights. But they didn’t have my squid butter! Very bad!! But my son was with me luckily and found a replacement. But as we were checking out we heard a weird noise coming from the bathrooms and so my son went in to investigate. He came out with his left butt cheek on his ear and his nose on his knee!! Awful service!!

I order $200 worth of groceries through peapod a driver by the name of Nick, just left everything at my door! Never knocked, called, nor updated the site to LMK it was here! I have no way of knowing how long dairy & produce sat in the sun. I called customer service & spoke to Alfonso, rep was rude, spoke over me constantly, & left me on hold for over 20mins w out checking in. I’m absolutely disgusted w the lack of ownership! Own ur employees mistakes & DO BETTER! Tell me why I had to throw away 90% of $200 & they will not credit me? I have never been spoken to like I was by Alfonso! In my line of work, I would have been fired for not completing my job responsibilities & then to have your customer service rep belittle & yell at me... I’m appalled! Now I get to spend more $ & go through insta cart who surprisingly does what they should & when dealing w customer service dept, they are nice, respectful, & fix any issues. Nick, couldn’t even be bothered to leave my invoice! I’ll NEVER use this service again! Other customers beware! If Nick, is your driver u may as well just sit outside bc he is sketchy & a liar! If u have the terrible luck of getting Alfonso, when calling customer service, just hang up & get a different rep. Guys a joke! Never in my life have I ever been so infuriated!!

SO prefer this location. There are a few that are closer to me, but I go the extra distance to this S&S. The store is clean and organized and the shelves are always stocked. They have everything and the prices are fair. The produce is taken care of and I dont usually get any rottens. The lines are pretty quick, even during rush hour. I like this store.

This location went through some changes. It suffered for a little while because of safety reasons that required sections to have more room for a place to remodel as they still did their best to accommodate fellow workers or customers. The deli and produce are really well kept and It even looks well organized now. What had always made this and still makes it a great place,.. are the Employees. I stopped shopping there for a little while because I was approached by a very odd duck many years ago on the right side of the lot toward the back but in the middle,. when I was alone on a small errand when entering from the right side of the main route. I reported it to the clerk of courts at that time.

I bought this strawberries on Monday and I was eating them and found had a worm inside I don’t know if the others one have something I never experienced something like that, I love strawberry and my daughter but now I do t if we can get over of this. Please made sure let the farms or the company about this thank you.

I am getting use to the new set up. I do not like the weight shelf at the self check out. You can not put your reusable bags there until you have scanned something and sometimes it does not detect the item because of its light weight.

Wonderful store staff. Even a security guard went out of her way to help me find something. The prices are a little high but the quality of the product is superior. The store is clean and well stocked.

I will no longer be using this store for my primary grocery needs. The shelves are constantly empty, even though this is a major chain. I can go to Truccis and find what ever I need at comparable prices. No matter what day’s I shop, it’s always the same thing. This store manager is awful. I do still like the pharmacy. They seem more interested in installing new freezers than keeping the shelves full.

We love Stop&Shop, been shopping there for over 36 yrs. We just have to learn this store. We just moved to the area. Never had any issues with any products sold here. Its our go to store.

Returned without any problems, played the lottery, returned cans for deposits, did a little bit of shopping and left.

Its a good store. They keep it clean and it has a nice ambiance (sp?). I love that the deli has an ample selection and supply of grab n go meats and cheeses if you get there early in the day. Downsides: no salad bar, no wing bar, no fresh hot soup. Oh, and if you want packaged meats like bacon or hot dogs, the staff eternally has that area blocked with carts.

My favorite food item at stop & shop is 100% the muffins from the bakery. There made fresh daily and have a variety . Chocolate chip and pistachio its a hard choice. The store is always clean and anytime Im looking for something the employees have gone out of there way to help. Oh yeah I cant leave out the cheap gas I end up getting with my points. Great super market

Store is clean. They are taking sanitation for covid-19 seriously. I see the employees cleaning constantly.

Good store. They frequently dont have items that are on sale or have a coupon but they do have a gas station!

I love this store but it only gets four stars because there is always always always a line. They need to open more registers. Even the self-checkouts are always busy

Several sale items were I sold out on Sunday mid day.

Had to pick up some prescriptions pharmacy was very helpful.While there I picked up a dozen other items.So convenient !

This S&S has a decent selection of produce, a nice deli (BoarsHead & S&S brands) and a pretty good bakery. Most departments are well stocked. Prices are better than comparable competitors in the area. The Fish Department leaves much to be desired...justmyopinion krd 🤓

Now that the gas points are working again Ill make it 5. The app was not working at first and I couldnt get gas points for a couple of weeks.

Nice clean store. Pleasant people servicing customers. Prices higher than Belmont St., Brockton. Like S N SHOP brands better than other store brands. Name brands are usually too pricey.

Typical supermarket prices are fair lines of goods thank God for do-it-yourself. I wish it would have that plastic bags again

I love the Abington stop & shop the people of pleasant and helpful and I can almost always find what I need and the sales are usually pretty great 👍

*edit review* this store is far too cold. It was about 55 degrees in the store today (dec 8th). I spoke with several others in the store and they all agreed. One lady told me she just had to come for one item, but never shops here because it isnt comfortable...I imagine they set the heat at 60 and hope for the best. Customers are in heavy jackets. Incredible. How are we supposed to shop like this??

Was busy but found what I wanted were out of paper towels and toilet paper and liquid hand sanitizers.

Waited at register to check out no one around, few employees in group chatting not watching register yet telling customers over intercom 15 minutes to closing. I always liked this store came here a lot before Whitman store opened. Rarely come here now, store not clean and can detect unpleasant odor minute walk in door.

Went early was able to get everything I needed for super bowl party!

Waiting for ever for self checkout! Not one employee helped once. Only two registers with employees are open right now. At least four full carts at each. Not all self checkouts are open. They are purposely making customers stand in line for ten minutes to check themselves out. Hate this place. Will drive further and pay more to avoid mess of store. Don’t waste your time.

Stores are pretty much all the same folks.

This is a grocery store. They sell food here. The food they sell is typical for a chain grocery store. They also play horrible song covers over the speakers here; I almost used the corkscrews to gouge my ears out. I recommend wearing headphones while you shop here.

I havent been to a stop and shop for years, I forgot how expensive it is. I usually go to market basket and unfortunately going there will be worth the extra 25 minute drive. The prices are astronomical, little variety. If you just need to grab milk or eggs maybe go if youre next door.

I found what I needed. The store was very clean and well laid out.

Great for shopping, anything you need and fast in and out time due to items easily located.

Their Customer Service was most accommodating! They were beyond kind and did not rest until my issue was resolved.They were a great help and I would go back there for their assistance again!

Wish more staff could help with directing customers to how to follow the arrows for which direction they should be going down aisles.

I like this store. They usually have fresh produce. The workers are very nice.

The gentleman at self check was very helpful as I couldnt refund my coins tar coupon he took the time to take me to hid register and work it out

Great folks working and bagging at the register.

The bathrooms are gross and smell like sewage. The entire store needs updated, and Ive never had someone be able to tell me exactly where something is. This location is smack in the middle of the Hanover and Whitman stores, both of which are much nicer and have friendlier staff.

Does anyone work here In the evening. Only self checkout available. Pretty annoying if it backs up and 2 employees are talking 10 feet away

Big and clean Its a large grocery store with heavily stocked shelves. Parking is easy. Self checkout and a bank are available.

Been shopping there forever..Love the store, employees are veey friendly and courteous. And the pharmacy staff are awesome people too. Wont shop anywhere else !!
