No more. Every time Ive come here for the last few years I leave feeling like I have bothered you. I appreciate your concern about protecting your employees from Covid but I feel like Im entering East Germany before the wall came down picking up something.I purchased a hose ($70) a week ago and received a cheap entry level hose and not what was pictured. You were rude and it took me 5 minutes just to get you to agree to give me a receipt when I returned it. That kid was rude as well.I picked up the same quality hose you had pictured in Quincy for 14 dollars less.

I thought the customer service was decent. Owner was helpful in pointing me to the right direction of where to start. Decent supplies for pool equipment. So the 2 stars is for the fact that the company they sent me to located in Bridgewater to check out my pool was horrible. These are the people that sent me back to the pool place to spend 4k on things that would not have fixed my issue. So one wonders if they were supposed to find issues so I can buy my stuff here. The service company represents this place and so if I can’t trust them why would I shop here? Too bad I kinda liked this place

I don’t like this place vecause they are overpriced and they sell you stuff you don’t need. I recommend going to Goulart Pools they are much better.

Tertible service. A slotty girl who waited on my had a bad attitude. To many other places to shop who are friendlier. Try Ocean State Job Lot. Sooo much cheaper

Pool Place has full inventory of pool chemicals, amusements, and repair parts. They provide free water analysis and recommendations. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist w/ any of your needs. Also great selection of patio tables, chairs, and cushions. Bought 9 patio table a few years ago and have been enjoying it each summer.

This place has everything you need to maintain your pool and pros who know what their talking about. Ive been going to them since our in-ground pool was installed about 12 years ago. They have hundreds of parts plus they will give you instructions on how to replace them. Their chemicals are really good quality. Much better than the ones at the discount stores. Prices are very reasonable and there is always plenty of help at the store especially on weekends!

Bought my pool here 20 years . This is a family business and it shows. Great customer service. Always great advice and the best prices.

This place is my second home. I bought a house with an above ground pool, and had no clue how to do anything. After closely following their instruction on closing my pool it was crystal clear in the spring. And following their instructions on how to open it. It stayed clear all year. I trust them because they are not salesman like and pushy. I was just in there today with my pump and they were able to repair it. It was old so they could have easily said I needed a new one, but they didnt! I highly recommend them.

I dropped off water sample. It has been FIVE days and no one has responded. The phone is not answered and thete is no email contact

Being someone who has never owned a pool or operated a pool they were very patient and knowledgable with all the questions I had. They even referred me to a pool company to give me a crash course in operating my system. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for pool help and supplies.

Interested..I would go back to check out the store to see what they sell besides pools..I went there to purchase a pool but they do not accept charge card s or finance..I was so disappointed..who have 10,000 to pay cash for a pool..I guess alot of ppl cause they are booked till June to install..bummer..i really wanted to get my pool from there!

Bad customer service. I bought a pool sand filter and motor in July 2016. $275. Used it for 1 season. 1 season later I went to start it and it just hummed.So I brought it back today (June 2017). The first thing the man said was I have to contact the manufacturer, that they wont warranty it. After a bit of arguing I said fine, just fix it and Ill pay. He then said, WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT, that it was not fixable. He went on to say it was a throw away filter that will only last for 2 season. For $275???? He would not budge and offered no help.It would be nice if they told their customers that! Awful! Once they sell they dont care.

Love to look at all the expensive floats in there. When you can get the same ones other places for half the price.

Its usually hard to fined every thing you need in one store, but pool place in Abington has it all. I was pleasantly surprised.

Worst place EVER!! Rude staff the manager lies about when your products will be available just to get the sale. Called and was left on hold for 25 minutes called back and was told well we are busy, hold on left on hold another 15 minutes to have the manager answer and debate me on what he told us, we ordered our liner and we were told it would take three weeks, we called on the third week to get an estimated date and we were told it would be another 3-4 weeks!! He was so rude I couldnt even believe it and when I asked him for his boss he said there is nobody above him!! I asked them give me the owners name he said well I am the owner. I am so floored by his attitude and arrogance that I will make it a mission to tell everyone to stay clear of this place as they clearly are scammers and fraudulent in their business. In todays era with social media it amazes me that business dont try harder to appease their customers. I run a business and I would do anything in my power to put a smile on my customers face, but I guess they just dont care or need the business. Stay away!!

Was like a super pool stop and shop.. Prob was under staffed, over priced and products there selling had some weathering from baieng outside with out any price reduction..

Horrible customer service I took a ticket like I was at the deli with one person in front if me still 25 minutes later no one helped us at all how can this place sell pools now I will have to look elsewhere how rude .You need to either hire more people or learn customer service
