I called yesterday on a Cadillac ATSV, inquired about information on the Cadillac, and approximate payments for said Cadillac. I only asked about roundabout payment and financing because it’s over an hour each way to get to the dealership, I wanted to figure out whether or not I should get my own financing because I have an excellent credit score and I want to get the best possible rate of course. The salesman Joe I spoke to, Send a payment would be about $200 more a month than it should be based on cost a vehicle and requested terms. When he called me back in the morning I told him that his financing who is a bit high and I was going to acquire my own, at that point Joe became belligerent and said that he would not help me if we did not obtain financing thru his dealership. I post this is a warning to anyone with good or bad credit that it looks like their financing policies are predatory so beware. Also if I were you I’d stay far far away from Joe and obtain your own financing.

Very good service and customer relations here. I took my truck (purchased elsewhere) to Colonial for service for years and based on their professionalism and friendly manner, I decided to buy a new one from them just recently. Everything went smoothly. We made a fair deal on my trade and they made it easy for me. They changed over the plates, registration, and had me on the road in a minute, with a new truck at a good price. If you are anywhere close, why go anywhere else?

I worked with Trevor at Colonial and he made the entire process incredibly easy. I was rear ended and had damage to my bumper and rear driver side. Trevor dealt directly with the at-fault drivers insurance company and arranged for Enterprise to be there with a rental the day I dropped off my car off for repairs. The work was done within a few days and looks fantastic. There are no residual indications of the damage. I drive a Subaru and called a Subaru dealership for a collision shop recommendation. Subaru recommended Colonial. Colonial is 45 minutes from my house. There are other shops closer but I would go back to Colonial in a heartbeat.

I worked with Jess Mahoney and had a great experience. She answered the phone after hours on a Saturday and gave me all of the information I needed and accommodated me the next day for a test-drive. The facility is very clean and modern and I received some follow-up correspondence from David, who I believe to be the General Sales Manager. Overall very positive experience and I would recommend this store if you are shopping for a Chevrolet.

I recently needed to use the auto body shop here. Unfortunately, someone ran a red light and hit my Jeep. Trevor was extremely friendly and accommodating! He was such a pleasure to work with. He kept me in the loop the entire time regarding the repairs and time estimate. Megan in the office was wonderful at answering questions for me and getting my rental car set up. Honestly, you hear so many bad things about dealerships, but Colonial Chevrolet made it so easy during the car buying process. They helped my fiancé get her mom a car after coming out of a very stressful lease from a dealership that didnt care at all. Jim Mcloughhin was so easy and great to work with and made the process quick and painless, and the Finance manager Michael Giguere worked effortlessly to make sure she walked out with the best price and a great warranty. They really are caring and understanding, which is extremely hard to find at a dealership. I would thousand percent recommend them to anyone in the future.

I watched a used Chevy Spark on this lot for over a week though Cars.com. As soon as I scheduled a test drive, they jacked the price up 20%. When I asked why, the salesman said they update prices every day. I said I was interested in the original price but not the new one and he texted, prices change man good luck.

I was able to test drive several trucks used and new. John Woodland made some great recommendations and pointed out difference in what I drove. I do not recommend that you provide Colonial Chevrolet with your email address. They have mine and spam me even though Ive asked time and again that the not do so. Bought my truck here and chose to get the added warranty coverage. My AC was not blowing cold. I dropped my truck off and had it back to me in under 24 hrs. blowing icy and at NO CHARGE. I realize my warranty provided me that, but the turnaround time was entirely on these guys and headed into a hot August, it was wildly appreciated!!

I was looking to buy a Chevy bolt. Colonial had lots in stock. I dealt with Joe Pelligrini( He never emailed me back after I made an offer)I later got a text message from Shawn Andrews(Sales Manager) about a Camaro telling me he was not interested in selling me a Bolt(very bizarre). I wanted a Bolt not a Camaro. Probably one of the weirdest car buying experiences ever. They were totally uninterested in doing any business. I can see why whenever I drive by the same cars are sitting on the lot. I really really wanted to do business here but the staff made it very difficult.

When buying a car its important to know what you want and where to find it, but the salesman is something youre often not looking forward to. However, Luke Ealey is the exception to this as he was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful salesman Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. It really felt like he was on my side working to help the price and show me every feature (that other dealerships didnt). I cant fully speak to this location as a whole, but my experience with Luke is why I would STRONGLY recommend you visit this Chevrolet above others.

I have always found the sales team friendly and easy to deal with. Have bought one car here - and nearly bought another. The service team let the dealership down. Calling with a simple request and being given every reason why they dont want to help. Demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the question. Had a really disappointing attitude and poor view of customer service. My favorite line - if it was a Corvette we might have looked at it. Talked to the desk and the service manager - same result. Its not my first time having issues....go to a local garage rather than this place for service work - it will be cheaper and friendlier.

A car ran into the side of my Suburban in a parking lot. I told the insurance company that I wanted Colonial Chevrolet to do the repair. The insurance estimate was very low, in my view, for the damage done to the entire right side of the truck including deep gouges on the front and rear wheels, which the claims adjuster noted as clean wheel. John Dillon the body shop manager was courteous and professional. He got the insurance company to replace the front and rear doors and both wheels. The work was done in a timely manner and the truck looks as new. I highly recommend Colonial collision center.

New to the area and had a recall with my Chevy pickup. They had no issue taking me even though I did not purchase it there (been an issue at other places in the past). Service was efficient and friendly and able to add a last minute oil change. Price for the oil change was $60ish.

I came in on Labor Day to test drive a Colorado, Blazer and a Silverado. The salesman that greeted me did everything in his power to NOT help me. I asked if we could take the vehicles for a test drive and he did everything he could to say NO without actually saying it. This was without a doubt one of the worst experiences Ive ever had trying to give someone my business. Youd be better off going someplace hours away where they at least want to help you give them your money.

I have purchased many cars in my long life. These guys topped them all. My wife and I entered the dealership and were greeted by an upbeat happy crew. During the test drive Luke described all the features of the car and how they would benefit us. The price for the car was already lower than I expected to pay, so I left my negotiating skills in the lot. Finance went very smooth, everything explained well and professional. I live an hour away but would make the trip again to deal with these professionals. 5 stars is not enough.

We are very happy with Acton Colonial Chevy. Jim and Mike gave us a very good offer via email. They honored the offer when we got there, no hidden fees, no hidden conditions, no additional bargain, very truthful. Signing all paperwork took us about 15-30 minutes, very pleasant. The next two days Jim handled the registration, plate, and insurance. When we went there again, Jim spent time very patiently explaining all functions and nice features about the car. Now it has been a few days, we enjoy driving this 2017 Volt every day, very quiet and powerful, and we easily get more than the advertised 52mi range on a full charge.

Recently traded in my car here as I had found a used GMC Terrain online that they were selling. Was greeted by Luke sitting at the front desk when I walked in on a late evening. He ended up being my sales rep for the rest of my experience. Very honest and straight forward. I told him exactly what I wanted and exactly how much I was looking to spend and he worked with it. He respected my request to give me cost estimates for walk out the door price. Last thing I wanted was to settle on a price and then have all these fees added at the end. Luke was great to work with and very personable. He even helped me get my old car and new car into the repair check in so that I could transfer all my belongings away from the rain. If I was forced to make one gripe it would only be that the new car was delivered to me with a half tank of gas. Only reason I say this is that I had stopped and put gas into my trade in because I didnt want to be that guy who leaves them with nothing. I want to point out its not the cost of the fuel, its the convenience of not having to get more for a couple additional days. All in all, I wouldnt hesitate sending anyone to Luke if they were in the market for a new/used car.

These guys!!! They always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I can not say enough good things about Joe P. and Mike S. Im not sure why I ever bother looking at other dealerships because I always come back to Colonial Chevy. This will be my fourth vehicle I have bought/leased through them (8 total for my family) so maybe I am biased, but these guys are the best! But I like going somewhere where they dont try and sell me B.S. and tell it like it is. I like going somewhere that when I shake a hand, I dont have to wash the slime off after.Also, kudos to their service department. They have always gotten work done on my car in the time frame they said. Some places say an hour, but really mean 3+ hours. These guys say an hour and actually mean an hour. And if by some chance they cant meet the timeframe they said, they come find you and tell you why. They communicate with the customer what is going on! MIND BLOWN!

My experience buying a new car went very smooth. First I was greeted by the person who worked with me and took me on a test drive. He knew about the product that was important to me. Perfect service as always! My car broke down on a Friday night. I had it dropped off after service hours. First thing Saturday morning they called.
