Christian Brothers Automotive Acworth has been the best. Out of 3-5 times I have been setting up appointments with them, they have done an amazing job fixing up parts for my car. The prices are very cheep, which is very good deals. Usually at other businesses they are up to nearly a thousand dollars but with Christian Brothers Automotive, they are only nearly a couple of hundred dollars or less which is a sweet deal. Not long ago they have surprised me with a huge deal fixing my car from a part that was dragging underneath which I thought would be another couple of hundred dollars but instead they only wanted was my signature. I asked them wait, how much do I have to pay? And they said no charge just your signature. The Lord has been so good to me with this. God bless these people for the great work they do.

Wont be back.Given the great reviews, I thought I would take my vehicle there for the first time.First, the good:- Courteous and professional- Nice office and clean shop- Flexible and able to look at my vehicle quickly and determine the issue near the end of the day, much appreciatedNow the not so good:After hearing from Aaron that the issue was leaking seals in my rear differential, I quickly Googled and saw this repair was quite involved and would require pressing on wheel bearings. Their quote for replacing all my seals was about 800 bucks, given the effort I thought it made sense so I asked them to proceed.The next day Aaron told me they needed another seal they didnt realize was needed, another 60 bucks, ok.The following morning they tried to contact me, I called Aaron back at lunchtime and learned they made another mistake and this differential would require 500 more for labor. Why? Because the bearings needed to be pressed on, the very reason I wanted them to do it instead of doing it myself! Now the repair was up to almost 1500 which approaches what I could pay for a good used differential. I am disappointed that I wasted my time with them and the prices were higher than expected with no remediation offered when they made a quoting mistake.

The team here, are very warm, courteous and professional. They are extremely attentive to your needs and ensure the highest level of service with your automotive care. Especially recommended for anyone in need of reasonable prices along with an extra convenience of being shuttled to and from your home while awaiting repairs. Truly A1 service!

I bought a 06 navigator that had a speed sensor light on. No fault to them there was alot more going on. Mark is the Service writer that has done nothing but impress us. On time service, great communication. The whole team up front is extremely knowledgeable while maintaining empathy for any vehicle and it’s owner . My 3 year old and I have been all to comfy in their beautiful lobby more times than I’d like to admit but I know truly Mark and his team have my complete trust and I would never consider going anywhere else for any of our cars! So I was changing the lug nuts on my wheels to new ones and 2 broke off. I went to discount tire they said they don’t have the tools to do it so they recommended me this place. I went there on a Thursday explained my situation they said they can perform the removal of the broken lug nuts. I asked how much would it cost the guy at the desk told me no more than 70-80 dollars and I said ok. I was told they were booked up and had an opening on the following Tuesday so I said ok we agreed on 8am Tuesday morning. I get there bright and early on time they got me signed in and everything very polite people. One of the guys just went out to do a walk around of my car and get miles and usual stuff. MY CAR NEVER WENT INSIDE of the building then one of the guys come over to me to tell me he hate to ruin my morning and gave me an estimate for almost 750 dollars. That’s outrageous and I wasn’t going to entertain that so I was polite about everything and just declined the service and left the business. I went to another shop they told me 100 but they couldn’t get the parts. I just don’t like the fact of you tell me one price then inflate it once I get there.

After dropping my car off, they were able to get my car in and diagnose the problem quickly. They kept me informed as to when parts would be in stock and how long it would take to complete repairs and at what cost. They also provided an after hours drop box to obtain my keys after closing. I found them to be very professional and excellent communicators.

Christian Brothers was booked solid but they made room for us last minute because of our son’s short timing. They quickly identified the A/C issue and their work was impeccable. We will consistently use them again for all our automotive needs.

Very satisfied with Christian Brothers Automotive. Professional and courteous. My car had an oil leak. They replaced an oil pan and I had them do an oil change.

They were an absolute waste of time. I made an appointment a week in advance for 9am. The morning I drop my truck off he told me it was going to be right at $900 just to check all of the fluids in my truck, an oil change, and breaks just to be checked. I told him that was not happening and reevaluated what I was having done. I drove back by 1 1/2 hours later and my truck was still sitting where I parked it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and around 3:45 called to check bc I had not yet heard anything. When I called they said oh they are finishing up the person before you now and then we will get yours up there. I came back into town about 45 min later and drove past and my truck was still sitting where I had parked it. I turned around and went in and asked them what was going on and she said that they took care of the people that were waiting in the lobby because they felt like they had to rush due to them waiting....not even going by appointment time. I pushed all of my plans around that day and canceled some just for them to have my truck sit in their parking lot for 8 hours and not get taken back. They are SO unprofessional, very much over priced, and have horrible customer service.

I brought Christian Brothers a 22 year old car I bought at auction. They performed a comprehensive inspection and sent me the findings in an email to include pictures. I chose what I wanted them to repair by checking boxes and then sent it back. I found this to be a very effective and efficient way of being upfront and transparent on costs. There were no surprises. My car now drives like it just came off the showroom floor and that’s no joke. I mainly dealt with James. Nice guy and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this shop if you need vehicle repairs. Took my sons 2006 Infinity G35 in because it was making sounds as if an animal were being tortured under the hood. They could have easily told me it needed new belts and charged me $100s. They called me back an hour after dropping off to tell me it just needed a few things tightened up . . . Then they refused to let me pay them anything. Auto mechanics and HVAC technicians . . . If you have an honest example of either one . . . Please let other people know . . . They are hard to find! Just dropped of my Infinity QX56 for service . . . With absolute piece of mind!

I had Christian Brothers Automotive do an oil change on my wifes 2016 BMW and they were very professional. Very nice to work with and their waiting room was comfortable and they also offered to shuttle me home if I didnt want to wait. They also didnt try to sell me other things but focused on what I asked to be completed.

They are simply wonderful, professional and completely honest. Keep worrying I need brakes because my car has over 82000 miles and never had the brakes done. They checked them and told me again I do not need new brakes. They’ve told me this 3 times now 🤷🏻‍♀️I’ll keep driving almost an hour for them to service all my car might need.Thanks boys ❤️

Made my first appointment a few days in advance. Surprised by the fact that the parking was totally full and overflowing along the curb. That was a good sign to be that popular/busy. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Oil change & tire rotation in roughly an hour. I was ok with that turn around time seeing how busy they were. My only complaint was the labor charged to replace my cabin air filter. Labor was $38.10 to replace a $30 filter. Cabin air filters are extremely easy to replace. Shame on me for not checking the invoice before paying. I assumed the labor on air filter replacements would be zero dollars. Later, I called the shop and spoke with Erin. I explained my complaint but no resolution/refund was offered. An otherwise 5 star visit was blown by a ridiculous labor charge. This puts in doubt whether I will use this shop for future automotive maintenance/repair.

Scheduled to have a rental car for the next few days as I knew enough that it wouldn’t be a QUICK FIX. Well sadly it was so much more than that. After getting the first quote which seemed higher than I expected but I was trusting they would do it right. So I approved the work and they got started so I thought. After a day or two passed the called me again to tell me it was going to be even more money because they DID NOT investigate and just guessed. I just wanted it repaired so I said yes again. I should have stopped there but hindsight is 20/20. So few more days passed and I called to check on it. They told me they were having to ship the part in. It’s a JEEP WRANGLER! They are a dime a dozen. I found hundreds on ebay. Its not that hard.Finally, I got the call it was done. I was so relieved. The wait was over. 10 days and I just wanted my vehicle back.Total $2750.00. On top of almost two weeks of a rental car. I picked it up and drove home. First few weeks it felt great. I was happy. I knew I had over paid but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But that is when the nightmare got even worse. There was now a new vibration when accelerating. I was assured there was a 3 yr unlimited mileage warranty on the repair. After checking their website. They in fact do not cover rear axles.I went back and looked closer at the reviews. They say NOTHING about their quality of service. All they talk about is how much they love god. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!Here we are 90 days later. I basically am back at square one. Having to find another shop to repair it correctly and get another rental car.

Very happy with the services. I had the dreaded 3.6L Pentastar “tick” and Christian Brothers accurately diagnosed the issue quickly, presented all of the options, and offered sound advice. Having rebuilt engines for work during high school and college in a professional machine shop I’m pretty familiar with the inside of an engine and these guys were impressive with their immediate identification of some bad rocker arms and gave fair pricing. Definitely recommend.

I did not have a good experience at Christian Brothers. I called and made an appointment to bring my car in for what I stated I thought was an issue with my starter. My appointment was at 7am and around 4:30pm I had not yet heard from them so I decided to call and check in. They then diagnosed my car as needing a new starter. Their total estimation for the new starter, taxes and labor was $641. As I had previously researched a general price range for this repair, I knew that sounded extremely high. I decided to call around and get different estimates. I went in to Christian Brothers to then just take my car out and take it elsewhere. They attempted to lower the estimate by using a refurbished starter for only $100 cheaper. My quote was then $540 or so. I told them Ill just pay you for the diagnostic and call it a day. I was charged $70 for the diagnostic. After calling around- another shop told me theyd do everything for $280!!!! Including taxes labor and parts. Its extremely sad that if you dont do your car repair research as a young woman you will be charged 3x the price by shops like Christian Brothers.

So previously I did have a good review on this place but today they showed me they actually can’t and do not hold up to their name. So recently brought my car up there a month or two ago for them to fix any serious repairs. So I got a leak fixed and they wanted me to pay $400 dollars to replace a battery. About 4 years ago I got the alternator and battery replaced for about $450. But somehow a very serious repair the entire Wheel Bearing was badly damaged it was previously before mentioned when I brought to them a year ago but it per the technician didn’t need replacing this car sat for a entire year before it was brought back for other repairs that were essential there was a total of 534 miles in between of year and a couple months due to covid. Somehow missed by these “knowledgeable” technicians who were asked to check for any repairs that are critical to the vehicle. Friday my mother who happened to be driving my vehicle to her radiation treatments took my vehicle to get looked at because it was making a strange sound this car again goes less than 10 miles a day Monday thru Friday. My mom contacted them Friday and the accused her before even asking how the the problem was identified of trying to get money whoever she spoke with was very rude and did not care at all about how big of an issue this actually was. Mavis Tire who actually took time to truly inspect my vehicle and even offered to speak with them and (Adam the GM declined) told her they would look at their cameras and see what happened and never called again. Today 05/24/2021 I spoke with Adam the GM to see if they had looked at their cameras and what they found. Adam proceeded to say he was sorry and verbatim said “I’ve spoken with my team and I’ve put this situation behind me.” After I told him “I’m glad you’ve put it behind you however I can’t because my mom could have loss her life due to your negligence.” He said “there’s nothing I can do.” I said “Well if there’s nothing you can do then that’s unfortunate” while in the middle of my sentence he hung up the phone while I was speaking. This type of repair according to what I was told a technician they are not even allowed to release my vehicle because that’s how dangerous it was because the tire could fly off from the car and cause injury to myself and others. For me it’s the lack of caring and willingness to even offer to correct the gross negligence done. I would not take my car to this place ever again if it was the last place on earth existing for car repairs I’m truly disgusted and will be contacting the better business bureau as well. I also uploaded a video of the wheel bearing that was replace it was shaking and when it was lifted up in the bay the wheel titled to the side. Mavis and a couple of people I know who work as automotive technicians have said if they actually checked for other repairs on the car they would have noticed this immediately. If you are choosing death by all means choose them to fix your car because once whatever happens to you they will Talk with their team and put it behind them.

I brought my Volkswagen Golf into Christian Brothers to diagnose my clutch pedal sitting on the floor. After a few hours of being there I was informed the worst news unfortunately which I expected. I was given a complete rundown of everything needed and what would be done along the way. My original priced quote was higher than what I actually paid so a small victory. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely return in the future.

My car world not start. I assumed it was the battery. Called Christian Brothers in Acworth. Everyone I spoke with were extremely nice and personable. I had it towed. Mark called me and said I didnt need a new battery. He explained that my car was in really good shape and it just needed to be driven at least once a week and not let it sit. They simply charged the battery. They also did a oil change and serviced the car which I requested. This same service had cost me nearly $800 at another repair shop. They fixed a window that would not go up which in turn prevented the convertable top from working. At Christian Brothers all these issues they fixed cost me under $225. I was floored. Also, I needed a part for my convertable top and Mark who personally oversaw everything suggested I find the part myself because he felt it would be expensive if they ordered it. Once I got the part off ebay or etc.to bring the car in and they would put the part on at no charge.This entire operation is made up of honest professionals. Which is hard to find these days. In addition, the place is immaculate. Im so happy I found them. I will be using them from this day forward.

I needed to get an oil change, and didnt have time to do it myself. 3 hours after I drop my car off I was picked up and go to pay. They charged me $70 for nothing except the oil change. Suffice it to say, I will not go back for that. Too high in cost, which has affected what would have been a 5 star rating.

I dropped my Tahoe off for an inspection before a long road trip, and I was contacted within a very reasonable time with an itemized list of the repairs needed as well as estimates for the work. I knew it would need a few things, and they found that I actually needed some safety related front end work. I was given a very competitive price and approved the work to be done that day. It turns out my vehicle had more rust than was easy to see during the inspection, and the work was a bigger job than anticipated! Even though I couldnt get the vehicle back the same day as planned, they worked with me to coordinate shuttle rides and made sure I was taken good care of! The next afternoon I was able to get my ride back in top form, and the price for the work done was absolutely fair considering it took more labor than originally quoted. Honest, accommodating, and all around a great experience!

This was my first time going to Christian Brothers Automotive and I they will be my go to place from now on. They serviced my car where multiple places couldn’t. They allowed you to pick what you needed done at your own choice with prices included and everything. Not only did they treat my car well but they were the nicest people and their customer service was amazing !!

Chuck and the team at Christian Brothers are amazing. My much-loved BMW was throwing codes related to the O2 sensor and then the fuel/air mix. It wound up being a rather obscure issue that was really difficult to diagnose. They went through several days of determined testing (with regular updates on the progress) before finally finding the underlying issue and fixing it. I am certain most any other shop would have thrown in the towel and sent me to the BMW dealership where an astronomical bill awaited me. Thanks, guys, youre the best! Its great to have her running smooth and back in my garage free from those nasty check engine codes!

Chuck did a great job communicating every step of the way. He contacted the manufacturer of my car and was able to find out I had an extended warranty on replacing my entire engine. I will definitely be using them going forward!

I had a good visit here, got an oil change and had them check out an odd noise I heard. They were very busy and understaffed the day I was there, but they were still very friendly and talked to me about the noise (it turned out to be nothing requiring work). Ill be coming back here for future concerns.

I took my truck in for potential brake issues, but because of their honesty I was able to avoid a full brake job and because of this I decided to go ahead and have them put new shocks on my truck. Adam was so so nice! I couldnt believe it because I have never talked to anyone in a shop that was that friendly and actually, they all were (James too) and I cant think of the other guys names but every one of them was just as nice as they could be and when they finally got my parts to fix my car they did it very quickly and very good, car runs excellent, not a problem with it.I will continue to go to Christian Brothers off Cobb Parkway in Acworth for as long as Im here and theyre there.

Excellent service, very friendly and understanding. I have kids and they made sure to take care of us so that we had our vehicle back as soon as possible. They picked me up from my home to get my vehicle. Their hospitality is wonderful and my car is running better than it has in a long time. I would recommend them to anyone!

The customer service was friendly, but the diagnostic testing was very expensive and my car left with more problems then I dropped it off with. Ex. My speedometer was working when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up the speedometer was not working.

Spent almost $3,000.00 to get my Van road ready. Before the repairs I never felt or smelled the heat coming from my engine. At first I thought that some oil was spilled on the engine & would burn off. But this many weeks later it is still occurring. Engine seems to run rougher than it did before. They recharged the AC system. The AC worked fine before they worked on it. Now it only blows extremely cold or warm. I can no longer adjust the temperature of my AC system.

My wheel bearing on my 07’ Nissan 350z went out on my while driving home. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with James and he had a new bearing and hun assembly for me ordered right away. I was afraid that they wouldn’t be able to work on my car due to it being lowered, but they have the proper lifts to service lowered vehicles! I dropped it off the morning of the repair and they were done hours before what they quoted me! Excellent service and will definitely be a return customer and would highly recommend!

I took my car to get fixed because I had lug nuts that were stripped and seized on the wheel studs. Christian brothers were very kind and helpful throughout my Whole situation. Very professional and I would 100% recommend them to others.
