Me and my wife are headed to the city for a weekend getaway and on the way our heat stopped working. I googled, nearest oil change place and SpeeDee came up and was just minutes from our current location. I called and they said they could check the car out. I went,, theydiagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and me and my wife were on our way within minutes with our car fully heated. The receptionist and the fellas at the shop was very professional and nice people. They saved our weekend and we appreciate that sincerely and I recommend this place on my experience with them. Pricey place to get your oil changed.. Really friendly staff:) However, even with a coupon I had that was supposed to be an oil change for $15.99, I ended up paying over $60.. which is a little more than I would normally pay elsewhere, without a coupon.

They were super nice. Quick to answer the phone, greeted me happily and recognized my voice. They immediately took the car in to check out the leak I had noticed, and within 4 minutes they let me know that it was just a loose oil plug. No further service required, and no charge. Now that is good business!

Great service, they patched a tire that picked up a pretty nice size screw at not charge and they had great conversation.

I have had great experiences with Spee Dee in the past. Unfortunately, there must have been a change in management because getting any information is like pulling teeth. On 2 occasions, I have tried to get work done and use their shuttle service to get dropped off at home (3 minute drive away)since I have several small children. After cancelling my second appointment, I asked the Manager if this service is no longer offered. He bristled and said that it was, but they were short staffed. So, I asked if there was a day I could plan for that they would have more people on staff. To this, he replied: I cant give you peoples schedules. At this point it was obvious to me that he was intentionally being difficult and unhelpful. So, I finally said, if you offer this service still, I just want to know when I can make an appointment and utilize it. I have had to cancel twice now because the service was unavailable that day. He cut me off and said he had people waiting and couldnt argue with me. I am so disappointed in the service here. It would be different if the shuttle service was simply no longer offered, but the Manager is obviously going out of his way to be rude.

I left my regular shop because the wait was too long so I decided to give Spee Dee a chance, Im glad I did because they have great customer service! They are fast. Will definitely go back for my other car.

I got my oil changed here and noticed that I started seeing oil under the vehicle in the driveway. It wasnt very much, so I didnt go back and ask. When I went to a different shop for the next oil change, I was informed that they broke my screw. It was a simple and cheap fix once I was informed, but it was disconcerting to find out that they damaged something in the oil change and failed to make the repair or even inform me.

I brought my car in to have a look at it because the front end was shaking when I put the brakes on. The staff look at it and decided it needed to be balanced in that sense they had put new rotors and brakes on back in March the rotors were still under warranty so they decided to replace them for free as well. So I got new rotors and my car balanced at no cost. Customer service was fantastic and they took to the time to explain everything that was going on with the vehicle and how it was going to be fixed and taken care of.

The team here has always treated me and my wife amazingly, and I trust them completely. I brought my car in today for what I thought would be a new battery. They ran tests on my car three times to verify that I didn’t need one after all, and wouldn’t charge me for any of the testing. Great guys, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I will definitely return. the check in quick, maybe a couple minutes. They fit me in at the end of the day, right before closing time. The location was easy to find, with easy entrance and exit. Both guys working were friendly. I also like her how the pricing was displayed on the counter with explanation. I knew exactly what I was paying for.

I just moved to the area & got a discount flyer/card to try this place out. They are super nice & professional. Friendly & quick service for all of us that are trying to run 100 errands on our day off! I highly recommend coming here for your car services/needs. My husband took his older truck to this location last summer because his A/C stopped working. He was told that the problem was fixed and off he drove, only to have his air conditioning go out again 3 days later. He decided to live with no A/C until this years summer heat caused him to try a different mechanic. He found out today that the SpeeDee technician had replaced a 10 amp fuse with a 15 amp one which of course is a dangerous and unethical practice. Needless to say we will never take a vehicle to SpeeDee again and will warn others we know of what happened to us.

New change of ownership and/or management along with much higher prices had me searching for a new place to get my oil changed.

Honest and reliable service. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with any car repair shop. My AC was out and I have 4 little ones, while waiting they were all polite to my children and accommodating. I was having a rough day and then my AC was out so you can imagine the stress that day, however the team at SpeeDee turned it all around for me. They not only went above and beyond but their service was fast and my AC works. Thank you guys so much. If you’re in need of good service, these guys are where you should go. Highly recommend!

I really only went to this place because I needed an oil change and my usual place was booked- but now it is the only place I take my car for anything. These guys really go above and beyond for their customers from service itself to making sure youre comfortable while you wait. I always used to dread having to take my car to get it serviced but not anymore. They are honest and fast and dont nickel and dime you to death! Im so glad the other place was booked that day so that I could find this one.

They fixed the fuel system problem I was there for quickly and at a fair price. The technician actually worked on my Tahoe longer than what they originally thought it would take, but they didnt charge me extra for the added labor time. These guys are friendly and efficient, and I highly recommend them!

They honor my coupon for oil change. Recommend me Fuel and Brake services, but those can be turned down and the manager is very polite.I brought my own oil, and the mechanic is also very nice. He actually returned one of my unused bottle of oil.Overall very good experience.

He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. The mechanics are awesome too! They even sprayed my car off to clean up all the oil from an oil leak. I live across the street from this place, but just noticed it. I needed to patch a hole in my tire and they took me in right away. Their system was temporarily down, so they patched my tire up, but didn’t charge me. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future service.

My check engine light came on Friday night and they were the only shop who offered me to come by on a Saturday and give me a courtesy check to find out what was wrong. It ended up being a transmission issue, but I still had enough time to set up an appointment under warranty with my vehicles dealership first thing Monday. Since moving to Georgia the team at Speedee Oil Change (formerly Meineke) has gone above and beyond to meet my family’s needs and ensure that we are always taken care of!! Their prices are fair, and they never leave you hanging when you have an issue with your vehicle!! I was having the worst luck with my tire leaking air, and they checked it on several occasions, trying their best to find the course of the leak; finally finding it and fixing it with no hesitation whatsoever!!
