Prices are better than most. People are phenomenal. No games played. Absolutely wonderful experience.UPDATE: I guess I was too excited. Place is not as wonderful as I initially posted. They have one price listed, but will charge you several thousands more, because the list price was the cash price. Car had mechanical issues, but is as is / no warranty. Dealership does have a service dept, but youll be waiting a month for them to get to you. Theres so much more, but Ill stop here.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!!

Tries calling three times, finally gotten answer. Called to check on a car that they have posted online for sell. They told me that it was already sold, I would definitely call and check on the car you are interested in because they are not updating their websites.

Tried contacting this dealership for over a week and was told yesterday that a car I was specifically asking after had sold...despite it being on the website even today as I write.The worst is that my son and I went to look at the car last week Saturday and were told that some people had it out on a drive. They didnt even listen to hear what car we were looking for.Bait and switch in action. The deal wasnt too good...but just enough too good.I had high hopes based on other reviews.

If I could do zero stars I would I had deal worked out and the sold the car from up under with a deposit sent by zelle and 5 thousand check in hand for down payment. I stay in jonesboro I had to take an hour drive two times I even offer to buy the car straight cash. They sold it to another buyer.

Stayed at the dealership until 10pm waiting on financing approval. Was told they were 100% sure I was approved they didn’t know what rate or payment yet. I said I will come back tomorrow because it was late and they would call me and have all paperwork ready so I could run in and sign and go. They didn’t call so I called around noon and was told they would call me back. I never received a phone call in fact still have not and it was days ago. This would have been the 2nd vehicle I bought there. Very disappointed in the carelessness and poorly ran office. Rodney nor Dominic called me. Unbelievable! Never go there again and will make sure everyone I know knows this.

Put in a finance application for a car and they sold it to someone else. Didn’t even contact us to say approved, denied or that it was sold. Found out while looking at the website to purchase a 2nd vehicle. My daughter was crushed… who does that time people? THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Unlike other reviews, the vehicle we wanted was on the lot. Our issue, we couldn’t test drive it because it needed repairs to pass emissions. Said it’ll be 2-3 weeks before it’s ready to get on the road… excuse me? WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING CARS THAT PEOPLE CAN’T ACTUALLY BUY??!!!!

The pics are of clean, well maintained vehicles. The vehicles are not cleaned and they have them sitting on the lot dirty. We drove over an hr to get to the lot, then we have to wait over an hr to get it detailed. As a business, when you purchase a car, the first thing you should do is have it cleaned. It should not be available for sale until its all together for purchase. Bad business....shouldve read the reviews before coming. I probably would have 📞 called to tell them to clean it before coming. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Amy worked with me for days to get me approved for a car here. She was the best sales person Ive ever dealt with. She was persistent from beginning to end and got the deal closed. I requested shipping and she actually saved my car from being sold to another buyer the day I was sending the check. Just a very caring and thoughtful person with great customer service! Cars advertise beautifully on the website, but in person its a NO! Theyre scratched, stains in the carpets & seats (along with ripped & torn seats) chips in windows that are surely soon to form a complete crack; and although I am NOT A CAR SPECIALIST, I would swear that the mileage & year model, along with price just dont add up... Especially when dealing with BMW, AUDI, ACURA OR LEXUS!!Just my honest & humble opinion

Bought my truck from them last week, couldn’t be happier. The service was ok, can’t complain with the amount of customers that walk in, and the calls. They are truly busy but they could use a bigger lot and bigger team. Other than that I got my truck and was out the door in a couple of hours. They work well with banks and can get approval fast. Only words of advice is look at what your buying and do your own history on it, will be a lot faster for both parties!They do have some good deals, not all!

Didnt seem very eager to sell any cars. Lot is very crowded, went there looking for three cars, one was a lincoln that wasnt there, a Cadillac that was quite worse for wear, and a Chrysler that had a huge dent in the fender that wasnt pictured. Ill pass.

Turns out the car I wanted that was listed online did not have a functioning engine even though it was normal price. Once the owner realised that the car was not available for sale, she just ghosted me. Literally stopped texting me in the middle of a text conversation. The car is still listed online even though the engine doesnt work.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. I was told that they were going to do the taxes, title, and registration. Also was given a 45day tag that I could use until they processed the paperwork. However, three days before the tag expired, I received mail from the dealership. It was a check that was wrote out to the dmv, titled, and contract paperwork. Before I received this mail, I have been trying to contact the dealership and wasn’t getting any answers. I haven’t received any information from the dealership saying that they couldn’t do my taxes so this hold time I thought it was getting taken care of. I told Amber (the lady who’s in charge of the taxes and titles) that the dmv of SC doesnt do the taxes so I need the check to be written in my name so I can take care of it. She responds that I need to find out who does the taxes and she’ll mail the check with there name on it. Once I did that I realize that the dealership was over charging me 1200 dollars. When I brought it up, amber told she will write me two separate checks. One to the place I get my taxes done and the remaining balance to me. It’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t received my checks or title. Now I have to pay overdue fees for taxes and I’m in the US Army stationed in Louisiana. I’m not trying be rube but I need someone to help me out !

I did my research on buying a new suv. I checked the CarFax on several ones. Also went to some lots to see their inventory. The last one I wanted to look at was at Cherokee Auto Sales. I noticed a 2013 red Volvo XC60 with 121,000 miles on it. When I first pulled up I was greeted by THE BIRDMAN asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. I said that I wanted to look at suvs. He showed me where all the suvs where and said please look around and pick out which ones you might be interested in and I’ll get the keys. I picked out two.He grabbed the keys. He told me about each car and asked if I would like to take one for a ride. I chose the Volvo. I drove it and fell in love with it.THE BIRDMAN sat me down and explained all my options. Needless to say I drove home in a beautiful Volvo and for a great price! If you’re looking for a good used car at great prices, I beg you go to Cherokee Auto Sales and ask for THE BIRDMAN! Great experience!!

The car lot was hard to get in and out of, far as the actual people the husband was very nice and the wife was so so at business but as things prolonged on i felt like it was being lead around and even with more than a quarter of the payment i had in hand apparently they just want to sit on their cars and not make no money.

I was so nervous buying a car from a used car lot. I picked up a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and I have zero regrets. We test drove it all over, and went home without it to think it over. My husband called back and was told someone else was looking at the Jeep and my heart BROKE. We called the next morning to find it was still on the lot and we drove straight there to get it. I love this vehicle and I have had no trouble out of it. And the price of the Jeep was almost too good to be true. Thank you Cherokee Auto Sale for making my dream come true.

Purchased a car from Dominic on 9/1/2020. I had the car inspected which I recommended having any car that youre looking to buy inspected no matter where youre buying. I just took mine to my regular tire shop to check for rust and any visual issues. Cherokee Auto provided an Auto Check which is a better version of carfax. The car I purchased ended up being cleaner in person than it was on their website. Dominic was very accommodating and just an overall professional. The owner was there as well and provided some extra reassurance. I would absolutely recommend Cherokee Auto Sales to my friends and family.

Very Rude, disrespectful!It wasnt about the discount, It was about me telling the salesman I was coming up to look at the truck and it had not been cleaned since the trade in. It was still filthy and I had been asking about the truck for a week. I told her I was driving 2hrs to come look at the truck, also called on the way up. to make sure it was still available.The driver side door handle was broken, the check engine and the thermostat light was on, the tires scrubbed on every turn. I pointed all this out to the lady on the test drive, that why I asked was that the best offer. We came in the office and asked you, and you said that was the price, I said ok, and you said well it looked like you drove all that way for nothingRude, dis

They dont do emissions on they cars if you looking at a car from them expect to see lights then wanted to charge over$400+ monthly on a car that has problems let alone a V6. Do better people I could go way deeper but why🤷🏿‍♂️

I had originally found 2 cars I liked, completely different styles (one a Pathfinder and one an Altima, both perfect as family cars), but I couldnt make a decision, even though I was leaning towards one more than the other. Dom gave us all the information (estimated payments, etc.) for both cars, including the car reports for both. A few minutes of talking it over with my husband and I made a decision. When you go in ask for the “married couple.” I spoke to Leslie (wife) previously over the phone and let her know my unique situation. She went above and beyond to make it work for me. Also the finance manager doesn’t have you waiting around for hours on a response as to if you’re going to be approved for the car not, nor does he stay hidden in a room on the other side of the building you can’t see, with the blinds shut! The car we ended up purchasing was a 2017 Malibu with no prior accidents, 20,000 miles and no previous owners. The deal was a steal! Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be back to do business again.

I should have read these reviews before attempting to call. I called to ask about a specific car and the costumer support is non exsistant. I want to ask a few simple questions because I live out of state and was met with rude smarta** answers. I gave up even before I could go and talk to someone who actually wants to sell cars.

Dominic & Leslie were amazing today. They helped me purchase my 2015 Mini Cooper with no problems! Very kind, helpful, and friendly!

2 reasons for this rating: 1) their business practices 2) their title management. Plus their communication about these two things.First, their business involves buying from auction, cleaning the car, giving it an oil change, and putting it on the lot. They dont perform ANY repairs or maintenance and all cars are sold AS IS, no warranty (not even 30 days). They sell 120 cars per month on average, so they dont care about the customer--another will be along within an hour or two. Surprisingly, this isnt abnormal for used car sales, but this is why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation. All they care about (in stereotype and with this company) is moving the car off the lot.Second, they dont even BEGIN to process the titles for sold cars until AT LEAST 30 days. Sometimes, its not until 45 days (AFTER your temporary tags expire!). This is because THEY DONT HAVE THE TITLE! Some other company holds the title to these cars and they have to wait on them to get the title themselves. Other reviews confirm this as do the sales people in the office. This means, you will get to drive your new car off the lot and enjoy it for 45 days before you have to let it sit in your driveway and not drive it. (Uber? Car rental? Youll be considering these options...)Finally, their communication over these two facts is horrendous. They hide both of them from you until you drive your car off the lot. Then, when you realize that your new car has several maintenance issues, theyre totally on you. And when you try to tag your car three weeks later only to realize that they havent sent the title, youre forced to sit tight and wait for Amber and the clearing house to get around to it.Overall, you can save money here, but it will cost you in other ways. If you buy a car here, be prepared for maintenance and repairs FROM THE START. If you are very patient and very handy, this is an OK place to buy. If you arent both patient and handy, though, you should look elsewhere for a car.

I bought a 2012 Cadallic cts around May 2020 and i have put 3300.00 in it due to seals and berings and now im told the transfer case has gone andbif my mechanic cannot find a used one it will cost me 5k from Cadallic. So i dont reccommend purchasing without having the vehicle checked out by a mechanic. I have so much invested in the car now i might as well fix this too.

Went to buy my first car from them not even a month into me having the car and I barely drive it the transmission with out all they said is that I signed the papers so basically there is nothing they can do for me because it has a warranty. I would recommend anybody to get a car from here unless you plan on getting car fax and a diagnostics test done before purchasing
