Went by at recommendation of our contractor. Guy he normally works with washout for lunch, so we talked to David Harden. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We told him the measurements of what we were working with and he continually told us that we had limited options but failed to elaborate on even those limited options. He did not try to help us with ideas about door material, warranties, or other things to consider. After 20 minutes of looking at the 4 pages he gave us he finally did produce a catalog of other options. By that time I was on the phone with our contractor for the second time and so frustrated that we walked out. I wondered if it was just me, but we drove down the street to Lummus, got 100x better service, and learned more about our options in a two minute conversation with the young guy at the desk than in 25 minutes with David Harden. I would not recommend this business to anyone, but if you do go here, do not expect David to be any help with your questions.

Great prices. Delivery is always a problem. Rude drivers and are unwilling to put material where it has to go.

I was told I would receive a call when my materials arrived. Of course I did not. I call and some lady answers the phone, takes my order number and then transfers my call to another guy who has no idea why I called. He informs me my material arrived at their facilities two days prior. I told him they had poor reviews online and he admitted their service was poor. I told him to tell the owner to drop a couple bucks and hire more people. My guy just said, I wish. I buy from this place as a last resort.

This place is SO terrible and has been for a long time. Every time I have tried to get any info or purchase something, its as if they are purposely ignoring you or trying to run you off. So unhelpful, rude and expensive. I am not writing this review based on one experience either. I believe any business can have an off day, miscommunication or jaded perception from a customer but I have had several dealings myself and as you can tell from the other reviewers, it is a pattern behavior with them. This is a company horribly lacking! They really deserve 0 stars.

Have everything you need for building materials

I Called them Several Times toget a Quote for window screens bc MyBuilder Gave me there info.I Left VMs so many Times no onewould Never Call me Back.I would tell the Receptionist what I wasgoing through No Call backs.Then She Would Put me right back in thesame Gentlemans Vm.I Finally got a call back.I was Rushed off the Phone and said they wouldsend a email.They did send me a Quote through Email.They sent me a quote with 19 windows and weonly have 11. I didnt Realize it at 1st.So moral to the Story I was Not happy at allwith there CSR.People were telling me to be careful where you getyour screens from.Since My Builder Recommended them andhe said he dont know anyone else.I will Purchase the Screens from this Company.I Really Hope there Screens are Better Than There CSR.Hopefully Once I purchase.

I found them to be very responsive, and about half the price of Home Depot on a bunch of interior doors for my basement finish. Free delivery to boot.

Tried for 8 months to Order screens to fit windows that had been installed in my house. First salesman went MIA second salesman took my order and then these folks delivered the wrong thing. Had to return and go elsewhere.
