Helpful staff, but again, they didnt have the paint products I need to complete my projects.Extremely frustrating. I want to give them my money for their amazing products, but their Duration and Deck & Dock paint is impossible to find.

I love the quality of Sherwin Williams paint and the color flip chart they allow you to borrow to see the paint colors in your home lighting. I highly recommend their products.

Dont recommend this SherwinWilliams I would drive an hour to a different location before I come here what I dont like to do as a contractor is argue with the store manager about something that his manager told me already wont ever come back here I would rather use Lowes valspar then buy anything from this location

The store is great, especially the manager, Grant.. We have a huge deck to do and after getting three samples of paint that all looked horrible, he suggested we bring in something that had the original stain color. We did, he matched a lighter and slightly darker color and both look great... Now, I just need to decide which one... Thank you, Grant for your suggestion and patience..

This Sherwin Williams location is conveniently located. The sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly.

Very helpful staff! The store was clean, organized and well stocked. The gentleman even told us of a better sale starting in a few days vs current sale. They now have customers who will be buying all their paint needs during a renovation.

Don’t bother asking for help. I was in the store for about 5 minutes before I had to track down a form of life. Then, when I asked for help pairing a house color with trim color, she said “it’s personal preference”. I said “I’ve been on your color app and looked but I want to make sure I get a white that’s not too yellow”, the employee just said “yeah... it’s still personal preference”. Absolutely zero help. And there were 3 associates working - all rolled their eyes at my question. Unbelievable. Not all of us are paint color experts...

I was in the store for around 20 minutes looking at paint colors and while there several employees were stocking shelves but not a single person approached and asked if I needed help. I left the store without a word from any store associate.

This was my first visit to a Sherwin-Williams store and the personalized experience would make it worth visiting again. :)

Young gentleman was very helpful with all of our painting questions. I was looking at the paint sprayers and he mentioned that they rented them too. Only complaint is that they dont have all the varities of paint on display so you can compare quality and prices without asking for assistance.

Store was out of the paint we wanted. They were supposed to call us when it came in, they never did & forgot to order it. They sent me to another store to pick up the paint which was supposed to be mixed & waiting for me, it wasn’t ready. They got the paint ready for me & they didn’t mix it enough for me & it was still green & yellow when we opened it, instead of blue. We had already painted half of the room & this color didn’t match the other that we got for them. Looks horrible & waste of our time.

I walked in excited and left disappointed. There is an employee by the name of Skyler and her attitude is the worst I have ever experienced. She talks to you in such a disrespectful manner and makes you feel like last priority. Everything bothers her. Her customer service skills are HORRIBLE. She makes feel like you are nothing. If she doesnt like her job, then she needs to stay at home but I am not responsible for her personal issues.

This particular location was able to assist me very quickly when I asked for my specific color of paint. Even with a short wait, less than 10 minutes, I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes with what I came for at a reasonable price.

The paint is among the best. The store is well run. The employees are extremely conscientious and competent at this location.
