I’ve had rent first for quite some time now. Some of the employees are awesome and some are just plain mean! When they schedule an apt for you whether it’s to deliver to your home or pick up they are never on time and are so rude about it when you call them! This store is going down hill they don’t have good customer service at all they talk to you how they want to. When you never miss a payment and you ask for an extension it’s the end of the world with them! Never going to rent from them again!

Well I’ve been doing business with these guys for almost a year Martin and Cody are some really great guys.They are always kind and courteous and the products I have work great.I definitely recommend them if your in search of rent to own goods and have less than perfect credit...So my wife and myself are 💯 percent satisfied with rent 1st.

If you like harassing phone calls days before your payments due then this is the place for you. After almost a year of having my washer and dryer and me begging them not to call me the day before my payment is due they still called me at 7:15 at night and want to know when ill be in. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and do not listen to their customers. They need new management. Martin obviously does not know how to talk to customers and he damn sure dont listen to customers. Worse customer service ever.

These guys are a great friendly group of Sales Reps. Clean, polite and very knowledgeable. Definately suggest this place!

Honestly the most incompetent business ever. With 2 payments left on a bed we just barely missed the due date we were told that they will repo. We put their stuff on the yard and told them to pick it up and they drove by, took a picture (not getting THEIR stuff), and threatened my father for embezzlement charges. After speaking with the police we found out that we are in the right and have done nothing wrong. This only shows how much stupidity comes from that place.

Dryer went out 3 weeks ago, i told them to come get it and the washer a few days later. Now because they decided on to pick them up they want they full amount for them and a bedroom set. I was willing to pay the bedroom set but they want the full amount for that plus washer and dryer that they were told to pick up. The he starts talking about embezzlement charges, after they we re told to pick up appliances. If I could Id Gove a negative star.

Take to long with paper work but the guys are kind and knowledgeable I would come back if need be

Worst customer service I have ever had. Martin is there manager supposedly and is a complete idiot. Called everyday for a week straight to get them to come pick up washer and dryer. Finally they show up and only have orders to pick up washer. So had to wait for them to come back to get dryer. Martin needs to be fired he is a sorry excuse of an employee and I would never hire him to even dig a ditch.

Cody is who we are dealing with and he is threatening us with embezzlement lawsuits after they wanted wait up the road until it started raining and we had moved the stuff outside for the repo. Threatening to call the police and so we called them too and said we could throw the stuff away if the didnt get it out of the yard. Theyre nothing but scam artists and crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Horrible Customer service! I have been paying on a table MONTHLY not weekly for almost a year. I get hospitalized with pneumonia and ask for an extension and the manager Mitchel tells me thats not going to work for him. When I called back to speak to the owner, Mitchel informs me that he isnt avaliable. Its no wonder why when people hear I bought something from them I hear about what a Shady business they are! Also I just looked up my table that I was paying close to $2000.00 for and guess what its online for $400... CROOKS!

They have horrible communication between them selfs. I can talk to one person and arrange somthing and later that day recive another call asking the same questions i just explained to the previous person. Not only that they have a horrible habbot of threatening and harrasing people if your even a little late.Id give it zero stars if it could but 1 will do. I strongly recommend anywhere else.

Martin an Cody both work at the store here in Ada and they are both idiots that think they can talk to people how ever they want even before ur due date they will harrass u at ur job they called my phone 17 time in a row back to back this is the worst place to rent furniture from
