Poor customer service. I purchased a red top Optima battery from another Napa store. Ada Napa would not warranty it for me even though it was still in the warranty period. They said they are not affiliated with other Napa stores and told me to take it to Shawnee Napa. I contacted Optima Batteries who sent me a new battery. Do your self a favor and drive to Shawnee or Stonewall.

Took 20 mins for them to say they dont have part I needed

Really disappointed, called and asked for them if they would check my check engine light, the women who answered, Brittany told me “no auto zone can do that”.... even though I have had them check it before and have gone to them before. Not anymore.
