I would have gave a 5 star review this time last year. I understand anytime there is a change in ownership/management it takes a minute to smooth things out but this is ridiculous. My first order the week of the change over was for an item I needed later that week, normally if something was back ordered the sales rep would call and let me know and give me other options if I needed them. That Friday a delivery guy from Texas showed up without my product or any info about it. I left work amd drove 50 miles to the State in Norman to buy what I needed for my Saturday appointment. I was aggravated but just figured it was the change. The next week the guy showed still without my product. Almost 6 weeks later he showed up with it. I refused that order. I have not heard from a sales rep since before the change I have called and called the Ada store with no answer I finally called the Ardmore store and the sales rep just happened to be there I spoke with her she was very nice but didnt seem to even know my salon existed. I told her about the issues and how I havent been able to reach anyone for more than 4 months she said she would take care of it and make sure I was added to her list, that was over a month ago and I still havent heard from anyone.
