Had my snake proof boots for 4 mths. Called about once a mth becuz they Do Not communicate. Sept 30, He was very crabby with me when I called to ck on them, which I got crabby back., full of excuses. Had 1 done, and knew exactly how to fix them now. 3 weeks later Oct 22 picked them up. One original Zipper and one with zipper out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and downright liar!!

They repair boots and make Custom handmade to order boots. Theyve been doin it over 50 yrs.

When I pulled into his driveway, I wasnt sure if it was the right place. Youve heard the phrase: dont judge a book by its cover! Im glad I didnt.While talking with Elvin and Mary, I learned that working out of his house is temporary. Im glad I followed my intuition.
