Pretty terrible customer assistance!I needed 68 pieces of conduit for a big project for my business, I purchased the only 32 pieces they had on hand on 6/1714. I was told by an employee working in the receiving department that he would make sure that they ordered more and it might be in Wednesday night 6/18/14, but for sure it would be in no later than the night of 6/19/14.I went in this afternoon 6/19/14 only to find out that the conduit that I needed and was told would be in hasnt even been ordered!! I told one of the employees at the Pro Desk? my situation and told him that they were holding up my work. The employee told me that Lockes Wholesale had it!You cant find employees in the major departments, they ALL go to lunch at the same time, a pretty pathetic way to run a business! I asked to speak with the store manager, the female employee at the Pro Desk? said he was on vacation. I asked to speak with the assistant store manager to which she told me that he wouldnt be in until 6/20/14. I gave the employee my business card to have a store manager call me, well see if that happens!
