I had a quartz counter with a corner that needed repair. Unfortunately, the repair looks terrible. I wish I could post the photos to show how bad it looks. I contacted the company and sent photos. Not surprisingly, I didn’t hear back. I would not recommend them on repairs.

Low end quality at high price. Back splash tiles were cut unevenly, the existing surface was not smoothed out before installing the tile. All the tiles were scratched. Pretty much the same story with the flooring and then it was installed in a pattern when the planks were supposed to be random lengths (had to be redone). As a special touch, the workers left their personal trash under our deck.

My daughters best friend, A, was traveling from Shawnee to her home in Texas and her car broke down a short distance from the Buck Creek Granite & Flooring Ada location. We love her like our own and like a protective dad, I was concerned for her safety since she was stalled on the shoulder of the highway. I tracked her location and saw Buck Creek was nearby. I took a chance and checked out their website and reviews and decided to reach out to see if they would at least peek out their window to make sure A was safe until she was able to have the car towed. An awkward call to make but it turned into a wonderful experience. April immediately went out and drove to the disabled vehicle and offered a safe place to stay in their showroom. I did not purchase any products today but I did witness a dedication to a core belief. As a business owner myself, I recognize strong Character and Integrity, especially when I experience it first hand. April and Buck Creek set an example today of kindness and compassion.
