Most of the time its alright. Tonight not so much. Managers special on potting soil but no one working within the outdoor checkouts. So I brought the potting soil in to check out only to be told it rang up and 8 instead. They told me someone was probably in the outdoor area to go back there and check out, instead of calling the outdoor greeter to price check. No one there, guy at the door said he was ”just the door boy. Hopefully next visit will be better.

Typical Walmart. Over-ran with people acting a fool. The employees are either super sweet or incredibly rude. The store is decent and organized. Good enough. Love the pharmacy!

Has The worst customer service from any Walmart EVER! I returned a fan 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my money! Claims it was put back into my bank account and its still not there! Will go to shawnee for now on! Definitely worth the drive to get food thats in stock and to receive good customer service!

The automotive department is extremely slow. I feel an hour and a half is a rediculous amount of time to wait for a 15 minute oil change. I also had to clean all the paper and plastic out of my vehicle when they were done.

This is the best Walmart Ive ever been to! I love arts and crafts and this store has aisles and aisles of them. The only complaint is that the store is difficult to navigate. It took me a long time to find the pet section!

Delivery don’t expect anything from this store ring twice had a WM driver call twice (thank you sir) he was told manager was on the way been here 2 hours and ZERO NOTHING I am not going to stand out in 100 degrees begging for them to open the door and take delivery of their products from their dc and the store after this will just be sol because I will be out of hours

Very poor customer service . It’s Almost like associates hide from you, so they don’t have to answer questions. Even the associates that are wearing manager badges, have terrible customer service… great way to lead by example NOT.

The store is always out of stock week after week. The store shelfs are half to completely empty like no one has any idea on how to order..And tried to ask for help and no one showed up. Then when you go to check out with what very little you could find on the shelfs there is only 3 cashier checking out 100 peopleThe Ada Walmart is getting worse by the weekStarting next week we are shopping elsewhere

The Ada location needs to learn better customer service. You can not get a pleasant smile or hello from the associates. I dont like shopping at the Ada location because the customer service is terrible.

Ill have to say, the grocery pick up is great! Didnt have to wait very long. Avoided standing in long lines or checking myself out! Giving 3 stars for this.There are some problemsRecently bought tires through walmart.com. Took about 3 weeks to get them after they were delivered to the store. TLE Said to check with Pickup. Pickup said to. Check with TLE. My wife had go to the store and find someone to help her. Finally found them in a pile of tires. Lucky they didnt sell them to someone else. Took the tires to a local tire shop, Ada Tire Center which did a great job balancing and mounting them. Ive had problems with Walmart TLE in Ada before . They have installed lead weight balancers on the outside of aluminum wheels. They installed the same weights on an older car I had with steel wheels and the hub caps would not stay on. One fell off before I left the parking lot. I lost another on the way home. Once they didnt put the lug nuts on my wifes car all the way. I would not recommend them.I would have bought my tires from Ada Tire Center, but they couldnt get my size.-The primo water dispenser is out of service more times than not. And they are usually out of new bottles by Wednesday.-They do not keep many cashiers working. You are forced to wait in long lines or do their job for them by checking yourself out and bagging your own things that you bought.

Had to rush because they close at 11pm and I got off work at 10pm. Need to open back up to 24hrs. Not sure why they havent opened back up. Im guessing they are riding that pandemic pony to the ground.

Bring back cashiers during the later hours. Some of us had bad days and yalls cashiers are always so kind and proper. Extremely helpful. And makes my day better

The store has a very poor sporting goods department. Always a very large amount of “out of stocks” for very long periods of time. The fishing section looks like they have had a “going out of business sale” at all times. At first I thought it was the vendors but after venturing out to surrounding Walmart Locations, I see their inventory is far superior than Ada’s.

Very nice and well stocked, had everything I needed and was easy to locate. The staff was very courteous and the restroom was clean.

Its a Walmart got what we needed and made it out in decent time

This Walmart is a complete Joke when it comes to any form of Customer Service, and honestly Walmart has a low bar to begin with. But this one takes the cake when it comes from everything such as Rude/attitudes when asking questions and or completely oblivious employees that seem unaware that they actually work at the Walmart and confused like the simplest questions are quantum physics. Dont bother trying to call ahead and ask them any question either because they either turn off the phones or just enjoy the sound of it ringing so much they dont want to pick it up. Overall this place is horrible.

Sweetest workers at the front of the store, my only complaint is the bathroom is back off by the pharmacy which I didnt like, I had to walk back thru the store with my bags I had already paid for!

They never have electric cars for my mom. 3 were broken. Had to push her while in her wheelchair and have her push the basket. It was horrible this is like the third time this has happened I wont do it again.

Well if an associate is availability all is well but if not you are on your own. And they need to update a lot of selection of womens clothes badly its sad.

While shopping I went down the clearance aisle and I found a couple of things that I thought I might get when I looked at the tag it didnt have a previous amount which almost all the clearance items do so I looked and found several other things that didnt have a previous price to show where it had been marked down so I went around the store and found where those things were they had the same exact things on the show for the same price that they were marked for clearance showing that they just put the stickers on there so people would think theyre getting a better price when in all actuality theyre not theyre getting the exact same price that it sells for on a regular shelf I found that to be a little deceiving so I talked to the manager he said that they were just being moved around so they were putting them on clearance till they got a place for them on the shelf I told him that was a flat out lie because they were already on the shelf for the exact same price for the ones that they put on the clearance Isle I also told him that there were three other things on the clearance Isle that were priced for the exact same price that they were normally and told him that when you went to where theyre supposed to be they had the same exact ones on the shelf same exact price the other ones just had a clearance sticker on it so people would think that theyre getting a better price and it wasnt because it was about to expire or anything I dont think toys and things like that expire now the allergy medicine that they had on their Mark for clearance that wasnt actually clearance it wasnt even close to expiring theyre just trying to trick people Ive never rode a bad review for any place but this seemed very dishonest maybe not dishonest but deceiving

Couldnt find my order. Ordered it to be delivered to my house. Then that order said I had to pickup at store. A nice young man tried to find my order even talked to the supervisor but no luck. Cancelled the order. Things happen not upset but didnt get good service.

Found losts of clothes and a necklace .one thing bathroom were bad dirty.

Its a pretty good store recently they have been running out of just about everything and they never have charged motorized carts for disabled people over the last few months they never have any parts for disabled people

Love the grocery pickup. The prices are about as fair as the other stores. Since the pandemic prices rose and so did a lot of other stores.

Ada Walmart has friendly helpful people. I use the motor carts to shop in and someone will get one for me or help find one. I truly appreciate this.

I looked up which Walmart had the teal luggage set that I wanted for my trip next month, and it just so happened that I was in Murphy and right next door to this one. They were the closest store that actually carried the set. I was so happy to see that they had a lot of them in stock and I got to try it out before I purchased it. Got a couple of other things while I was there as well. The store is nicely stocked and everything is in great order. This is one of my fav locations now!

Cashier at te#04 on 4/18/21 op# 000018 at 10:48:04 am was in such a hurry to ring me out she forgot to give me 2 items I purchased. When I called to get a credit I was on hold for over 20 minutes and got absolutely no help!!! I was already 30+ minutes down the road and not going to turn around to deal with stupidity. This is horrible.. I am not even from OK, trqveling though. Dont go here unless you like to buy things and not get them.

Store is to big for handicapped people to navigate without a handicapped scooter but there are old people that are not handicapped and too many overweight people that are too lazy to walk so there are never any scooters for the people they are intended for

Its a pretty standard Walmart. Glad to see this one still has a fabric section. The hardware and camping sections seem bigger than normal (a good thing).

Couldnt get any help looking for a price and when I did find someone they acted as if I were bothering them (sporting goods). HOWEVER, I was in the electronics and there were a couple of ladies there that was very helpful! I was just looking and they offered all the help I needed and answered all my questions. Just shows how people can make your shopping pleasant or make it a horrible experience. It only takes that one person to make it great or horrible.

Was pleasant experience, used self checkout. Therefore didnt interact with store employees on the floor. Although did use money center, that was real nice!!!

Everything was easy to find and things are priced reasonably for the most part.

Friendly greeters and most workers. A lot of their items have no prices. They dont keep the shelves stocked good. Im always having to climb to reach things up in the back that should be pushed to the front of the shelf. Some of the workers are friendly and helpful, but theres a few that dont know where anything is and wont bother to find it and a cashier that needs to be fired! Shes young and always in such a rush, she actually caught my hand in between the hard plastic and the conveyer belt while I was steady saying youve got my hand caught over and over!!! It cut into my hand and it was bleeding!!! On top of that, I told this little girl that the coffee was on clearance and she told me I had to go to customer service to get my money refunded because she was ready to get off work!!! BEWARE dont go to the young girls line that has long dark hair!!!!The women in customer service are always nice, but other than that and some of the other workers, Ada Walmart is a horrible place to shop!

The parking lot was a little hectic and they was sold out of quite a few products.

Went to make a 5 minute quick trip and it turned into a 20 minute grocery trip! Wife called so I had to check out fast! Clean register at the self check lane I went through!

It is truly hard to rate the service at a chain store like Wal-Mart because of the restrictions put on staff by corporate.I mean I could and I have voices my opinion about the lack of registers open at time. I let management know how disappointed I was in the fact that self check out lines out numbered staffed registers. I even asked if the self check out was cutting the hours of our (yes our) cashiers or even taking their jobs from them. Then there is the employees that have been there awhile and either like-live their job and have great knowledge of the store and its items and can answer your questions, find someone that can or walk you exactly to where you need in order to show you where your item is.Then you have those who were hired with barely any training due to needing to get them on the floor and really just do not know how to get you the answers you need.Then you have the ones that show up for the check due as little as they can to keep the job and they are usually the ones that say sorry not my department.As for our Ada Wal-Mart we have these three kinds, but overall most will stop what they are doing and walk clear across the store to show you your item or if need be find someone with more experience and possibly help you with any other questions in said department.Overall great staff.

Bought a ever start battery charger from them 2 weeks ago, the thing fried my batteries and when I tried to take it back, they refused to make it right and at least exchange it so now not only am I out the $60 for the battery charger but Im also out the $300 in batteries that it fried. Planning on taking legal action against the manufacturer and walmart both. Would recommend shopping elsewhere where the staff is at least cordial in their dealings and they stand behind their products (everstart is their in house brand) because this location isnt and wont. Only getting one star because a zero star rating isnt an option

Be sure you check your Pickup items before you leave. Theyll short you enough to make fast food blush. I got 1 of an item I ordered 6 of. I tried to call multiple times, no answer, much less help. Maybe its time for yet another store manager?

A family outing. We got hungry.they took care of us. The strawberry milkshake was great. The pancakes(3)eggs.hashbrowns.was more than I could eat.ice my wifes dog ate all our left overs. Ice said thanks also.
